The guy ringing up my order did not know how to ring up a guacamole kids meal. He said the kids meal only comes with two sides. I tried to explain that the guacamole isn't a side, it's the "protein". If you order a kids chicken quesadilla, you get chicken and two sides. He charged me almost an extra $3 for something I should have gotten with the meal. And he wouldn't give me a receipt. Guess it's hard to find good help today. If my kids weren't hungry I would have rejected it and ordered it online to get it for the right price.

How's every review bad yet they have 4 stars?It's way over priced, charged me for extra meat when I didn't even asked for it nor received it. Very small portion in general.Being stingy with food is a terrible trate that seems like all the employees there have.

This Chipotle location employees are on top of their game.. always so cordial, very impressed with their professionalism. Unlike the location on 290 and 34th, where I had to always repeat my order 2 or 3 times for the person behind the counter... so irritating.Example:Employee - Hi, what can we help you with?Me: Yeah, let me have a chicken bowl, please.. with brown rice and pinto beans.Employee- Grabs a bowl and asks, 20 seconds later, mind you.. What would you like?Me: Chicken bowl with brown rice and pinto beans....Employee - Puts a spoonful of brown rice, pinto beans, and asks, what kind of meat?Me: Chicken‐-----------------------------You awesome people should drive over there right now and train them guys on how to properly retain short-term memory.Awesome work, guys...!

Do not order delivery if you are personally not at the place. They will only give you half your order. Barely any meat and they will forget your sides and drinks.
I just want to thank the gentleman that made my burrito for pickup, he offered to redo my burrito after I noticed that the corn has jalapeño in it which I cannot have so this was my fault and I thought it was just so kind of him to offer. Something so small like that goes a long way and made my day after having a not so great day. In case management sees this I want to thank him, my order for pickup was on 12/17 at 8:30pm.

I have to start off by saying that i brought my dad in which is older and doesn't know much about anything new and modern and they treated him amazing with so much patience! Made me feel good because i feel like we should always treat elders with respect. From the start to the checking out the staff was amazing!Thank you guys we will definitely be back and we aren't even from this area.

The employees that work there are inconsiderate and seem poorly trained. I was the only customers in there around 5pm and there were around 5-6 employees at the front, but I was waiting in line for a while. Saw two teenage boys were very slowly putting on their gloves which look like they did so they could continue talking. No hello or acknowledgement from anyone for what felt like 10 minutes and it seemed like they didn't know who was going to take the order. It was another employee apart from the teenagers that did my order later on. Looked very unorganized. Lack of management maybe
