12/23/25 at 2:20pm. The lady that was serving up front was very rude. Another worker that was sitting at the table was being disrespectful and making bad gestures. I did not feel comfortable and I was with my kids. I'm very disappointed, I hope behavior changes since that is not acceptable.

Seating area needs to be cleaned. Leftovers of food were left. Bring your own cleaning wipes. ew

Food is great but the service and attitude isn’t. They give small portions like they’re rationing for a world war and then when you have the audacity to ask them to give you a normal size portion they charge for a double.. I’ll be going to a different location from now on.

Restaurant isn’t very clean either.

Terrible customer service, very small and inconsistent protein/meat portions. Go to pollo loco or just make your own chipotle at home.

I rarely eat fast food but if I do, it’s Chipotle. I love Chipotle and it’s a healthy option!

This Chipotle, however, continues to disappoint. I went this evening to pick up food halfway knowing it was a risk. As I expected, the bowl was only half full even though I asked for extra beans and there were hardly any. There was also hardly any chicken at all and I couldn’t even tell if there ewe cheese. Other times I have picked up, the food was so delayed. Once it was 15 minutes late. I think I’ll go the extra mile to 1960&Eldridge from now on.

Placed an order online, arrived home and discovering my bowl was very low on chicken for some reason. Would recommend to customers to open their bags to check and make sure you will not be scammed by them…
Will never go back to Chipotle !!
