I ordered online and my bowl is missing guac. Also the bowl had nowhere near the amount of food that's there when I order in person... I've called to get a refund at least on my guac and the automated system tells me to go obline. I can't even speak with somebody in the store!

Man. I got handed an absolute unit of a burrito courtesy of Mr. Bryce Foster. As my man continued to pile more and more on I because seriously concerned he wouldn’t be able to roll it but damn man he did. Great vibe, great attitude, wish more people were like him. Added pic with a standard wallet for reference.

Needs better customer service the male workers treated me wrong and gave an attitude when I was just trying to order food
No lettuce. Since when does Chipotle run out of lettuce? No guacamole either. Meats were cut incorrectly. Steak had fat that wasn’t cut out/rendered, chicken had gristle. Never encountered this at a Chipotle before. Clerk waited to finish sending a text before walking over to the register. Send your text from the back room next time, boss.
