This is probably the best Chipotle I've been to. Unfortunately because of work, I always come during their last hour of the day and they're always cool. Irma makes a great burrito. Thank you for being a good restaurant in an area that the food typically sucks.
Everything seem off, spend $40 on 2 plates. The girl was so small so it seemed that the plates she was serving were for her.. lol really small portions even tho I paid for double meat. Several people in front even had to tell her to put more portion in they plate. At the end I didn't wanna say anything to avoid conflicts. But you spend $35-40 dollars on 2 plates it better be a good portion. Thought b
Bigger portions were back at Chipotle. Guess not worth it.
my husband and I love coming here and we always have a positive experience unfortunately today (5/18/2025 12:45pm) we didn’t due to a employee named Zarai (not sure if spelled correctly but she is a blonde older lady) my husband went in on his own to order our bowls and he specifically asked for extra sour cream in my bowl and none in his, Zarai put sour cream in his and he politely asked if they could scrape it off or do anything and they told him no. He paid and left and told me what happened I walked back in there and politely asked a different employee if we could remake the bowl and immediately the lady Zarai overheard and got loud with me and started going on about how “he asked for it” “we can check the cameras” “he wanted it that way” there was absolutely no reason for her to get defensive and loud when I was not upset at all, I just asked if we could remake the bowl, I didn’t want my money back or ask for free food as I gave them the messed up bowl back. She needs to have her attitude checked immediately because I was kind the entire time until she decided to get loud with me and even then all I did was correct her and say we did not need sour cream. Thankfully all the other workers there were kind and remade my bowl without any issues. (And if she thinks I was in the wrong she can go ahead and check the cameras to see how she’s the only one who got loud and over reacted)
I typically order pickup from here to avoid the line but on the last few orders, it seems like the employees deliberately don’t follow instructions for whatever reason. I always order light rice and ALWAYS get double the normal serving. I pay for a double portion of meat and don’t get it. I never get extra for anything that I ask for. The only time I get my order the way I want it is if I stand in line and watch them make it. It’s very frustrating. Idk what the hate is with online orders, but at this point, I’d rather drive a few extra minutes to a different location.
It’s truly disappointing that chipotle couldn’t even offer a simple fajita meat(a strip) recognition of Nurses Week—a gesture that would have gone a long way in showing appreciation. It’s moments like this that reveal just how underappreciated nurses often are, despite being the backbone of healthcare. Organizations are quick to overlook us until they’re in a crisis and need someone to save their life. The lack of acknowledgment isn’t just disheartening—it’s a painful reminder that our compassion and sacrifice are too often taken for granted. This particular Chipotle required nurses to complete an online sign-up just to receive recognition, which felt excessive—especially when simply showing our badge should have been enough.
I will stop coming to this location because of the people that you outside your restaurant harrasing your customers. They even follow you to your car asking for donations, they are there every single day, AlL day long, they hollar at your and follow you, why do you allow this?
Don't recommend anyone coming here the employees are with a mad face top it off they give small portions for the same price ?

Dear manager that worked around 12 Sunday 11/24/24 I promise you I won’t return since you felt the need to not address the customer and started speaking Spanish to your employee. 1st off don’t see 2 people having a disagreement and be biased because one of them is Hispanic. 2nd Train your team learn how to work the line. News flash you mess up someone’s order you don’t keep the rest of your customers waiting when the whole purpose of coming in is for hot food NOT ROOM temperature. I didn’t have a place to warm up my food and even if I did I don’t want to because it changes the fresh taste of the food! Stop being bias and care all customers not the ones that just reflect your cultural background. Also just because I look different doesn’t mean I don’t understand Spanish!

Gotta love how this restaurant hides behind their AI phone service so they don't have to deal with customers when they mess up the order. Customers' only option is a chat with Pepper, who will refund what was messed up. Customer service here is trash.

Paid $10 for a chicken bowl the lady only put 4 pieces of chicken. Why do we have to keep asking for more portions it’s 2024. Chipotle plz get it together

If you’re considering going here, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere. I used to really enjoy eating at Chipotle; the food used to be good, the portions were decent, and the prices felt fair. Now, it feels like you’re being scammed. They literally shake off extra food from the serving spoon, leaving you with whatever’s left. On top of that, the food lacks flavor, and the servers often talk over the food without masks, which risks spreading saliva over what you’re about to eat. The staff in that place is most of the time unprofessional.

Very small portions on my burrito bowl compared to other chipotle, I'd rather drive a little bit more for better portions and experience (wallesville rd and blwy 8)
Corporate needs to send a ghost customer to evaluate portions been served by this location.

Went to get my boyfriend a burrito because he wanted to try the New Brisket..so we wanted chips and guacamole as well. Well they ended up charging us for extra guacamole in his burrito. Then the girl didn’t believe my boyfriend when he said that she made him bring the burrito and unwrapped it to check if there was guacamole in it!!! And she even told him I know I put guacamole in your burrito.
When my boyfriend had already told her it didn’t have any.
Horrible for you to do that and not believe your customers!! We got a refund on the 2.70 for the guacamole but I was just appalled at the fact that she made my boyfriend come back to the table grab his burrito and check it!! I’ve worked in restaurants before and I can’t in imagine doing that at one of my old jobs.
