Ordered extra protein, extra black beans, and tipped 20%, but got a sad, half-empty bowl. This location used to be one of the few that didn’t skimp, but as of 03/08/2025, that’s no longer the case. Looks like they brought in a new manager to cut portions. Service is slow—you’ll wait 5-10 minutes just for someone to hand you your pickup order. Used to be worth it. Never returning unless I want to set my money on fire for a handful of kibbles and bits

They can't even give you a reason as to why the food that is ready for the line not ready for the line. Awful customer service, lady just said " I don't know what's wrong with that rice, white rice just not ready". It's always something when going into this location.

This location claimed they couldn't accept credit card payments 20 minutes before they closed. They also claimed the online order system was closed 20 minutes before they are scheduled to close for business. Lazy employees that don't want to serve Customers.

I got a chicken bowl with barely any chicken and I could literally count the lettuce strips. I just can’t believe how small the bowl actually was. I paid over $20 dollars and got 15 strips of lettuce, half of a chicken breast, 2 spoonfuls of beans and other ingredients! I also got one fourth of a bag of chip and 3 spoonfuls of guacamole! Well I guess it’s the new norm lol

Early this month i had the worst meal i had from chipotle in many years i couldn't even eat it rice was hard and old and the chicken was cold and burnt i try to summit a customer review on the website and I didn’t even get a response back
This location use to serve regular portions. Has apparently been hit by the reduced portions bug that is plaguing Chipotle. Save your time and money. You'll probably still be hungry when you're done.

I went there on my lunch quick to order food . I ordered a chicken bowl and chips/queso . I paid $18 for my food just to get back to work and notice I was missing my queso . I followed instructions to report the issue and was told there’s nothing that can be done . I’m not walking back over there , my lunch is only 30 minutes .

The brisket taste good. I never even thought to check my receipt, but $14 dollars for 2 little scoops of meat is crazy!! For that price I should have just gotten another bowl. 3 stars because the food was great but the prices are astronomically high and outrageous.
