I made my first visit to Houston in June 2019, and during my first weekend there, I embarked on a city tour. I took the light rail to this Mexican restaurant, which offered wholesome salads and beverages that helped me restore my energy to continue with my afternoon itinerary.

I walked across the street to get my kiddo who was admitted to Texas Children’s hospital to grab some dinner, while the sweet young won who was preparing my food the female manager from behind the line yelled at her ā€œRemeber it’s 2 oz of chicken in the kids mean not 4 oz take some of that out . While I understand rules are rules correcting someone like that is highly unprofessional. I felt so bad for the young woman!

If I could give zero stars, I had a bad experience today. I placed an order online around 10 AM for my lunch. I went to pick it up which was around 10:50 AM and they were not open though it says it opens at 10:45 AM. I waited 15 minutes and they still did not open. I knocked on the door and nobody in the store paid attention to me. I was on my lunch break from work and could not wait any longer and I had to go back to work. I missed my lunch break. I did not eat and I paid $7 to park my car to go pickup my order. Then I had to spend hours to get my money back. It was a terrible experience. I will never order from this location again.

Came in and waited to get asked what I want. All I got was stares then once they got available I was able to place my order, I then didn't finish my food so I wanted a to go bag. I go up there at least 3 staff member saw me one even passed me up and went to the back. I waited until I was called on he was assisting customers I didn't want to intrude. I was finally acknowledged and handed the bag like ughh here goo feeling. Who knows I can't read minds but I definitely can read body language. So glad I don't go to that location often and for the looks of it at all again.
