I had a brisket bowl. I really like the brisket and hope it stays on the menu. They put plenty of meat and portions of other items were good. Servers were pleasant.

SARAH !!!! is very rude, unprofessional, and lacks basic customer service skills ….. if I could give you a 0 rating I would. I came in here for dinner and as I was about to order the women preparing food for online order walks over with white rice, making online orders of course, but there was no white rice currently on the regular line, I asked the gentlemen making my food if he could get me some rice from the other bin as I didn’t want brown and Sarah proceeds to tell him that he can’t I will have to wait 15 minutes until more is done instead of simply giving me the portion… she then proceeds to tell me they’re out as if I’m blind as I’m standing there continuously watching them prepare other orders so I requested to see the tin because at this point your insulting my intelligence and she proceeds to tell me she doesn’t have to show me anything…….you lack basic customer service and I can’t wait to file a complaint with corporate in the morning your attitude is awful and you need to be fired!!!

I’ve eaten at many Chipotle locations, and the food quality here was consistent and enjoyable as always. However, the customer service during my visit the day before Thanksgiving left much to be desired.
Despite repeatedly stating my order, the employee serving me seemed inattentive, requiring me to repeat myself multiple times. This delayed the process and added unnecessary frustration. Additionally, several employees were standing around during a busy peak time instead of assisting, which could have significantly improved the efficiency of the service.
While the food was great, the lack of attentiveness and teamwork among staff negatively impacted the overall experience. Improving customer service and optimizing team productivity, especially during busy periods, would make this location much better.

Today, I had to ask a cashier to change her gloves before preparing my food. She was handling money, processing payments, and then used the same gloves to add lettuce and cheese to my bowl. This is a major cross-contamination risk, and it’s concerning for food safety. Please be more mindful when preparing food to avoid putting customers’ health at risk. I truly hope I don’t get sick from this experience.

I ordered a high protein bowl online my coworker picked up my order. I opened the bowl and there was no chicken just rice and veggies in the bowl. I made several attempts to resolves the problem through the app and by phone to no avail. when I arrived at the my problem was swiftly taken care of.
