The food is bland and tasteless, and it's annoying that they charge extra for practically everything; they'll probably start charging extra for the napkins next. It's far too expensive for food with no real flavor.

Never again. I decided to give them another try, and it was a disappointment. Portion control seems nonexistent — everything is smaller, and my bowl had barely half the chicken it usually comes with.

$28for a single bowl should be a crime they ALWAYS give the weakest portions for the price im not sure if its just this location but the location by my house always serves a full bowl or a decent size i can see the bottom of my bowl as soon as i opened the foil

Very disappointing experience. It was my turn in line, and I ordered two bowls, one burrito, and a kids’ quesadilla. The employee told me I had to get back in line again just for the kids’ menu seriously? That makes no sense. This kind of disorganization and lack of training is frustrating for customers. The staff definitely needs better guidance on customer service and order handling.

My food wasn't ready even though I ordered on the mobile app and the Dine In line was already empty, yes drive thru was moderate. I feel like at a certain point workers on the line should go help drive thru to keep it moving? I'ma service worker.

I'm giving a 1 star due to the fact that I asked for a little more chicken than a damn partial scoop and was charged double meat. $14 plus for a bowl of rice and beans is a damn rip-off. Never again. TODAY was my last bowl ever.
