I went to this chipotle and I hope I never go again when the crew that was there tonight are there. They were out of chicken and the cook should know to have more chicken prepared. A lot of people walked out because there was no chicken. I waited over 30 minutes for the chicken to be done. When they did finally serve me the Hispanic lady I assume didn’t wanna serve me because she was lying to another customer about minutes it would be before the chicken is cooked. I had already waited like 20 minutes but she was still telling customers 30 minutes. They said some things in Spanish then a Hispanic guy fixed my bowl and didn’t even give full servings of the chicken yet piled a bunch of rice in my bowl. Yet I watch him and the Hispanic lady piling food on other Hispanics plates. Then I obviously asked for chicken on the side and the Hispanic guy pulls out little plastic cups. I asked the cashier to let me get it in had burgundy cup and he said they were the same price. If so then why was I given the little plastic cup. It’s really not a good look to have a business with people like that working in it. I sensed some prejudice too. Really should have just gotten my money back because I definitely wasn’t pleased. Would have given negative zero stars for tonight’s service.

I placed my order on the Chipotle app for pickup as I regularly do. Ordering the same thing that I do at least two times a week, from this same location. My order was incorrect completely. I ordered a veggie bowl and they provided me a bowl with some type of meat in it. Not only am I vegetarian but I'm allergic to chicken. I picked up this order that was safely sealed by the restaurant upon getting home and opening my food I found out that I was missing my chips and salsa and my veggie bowl had meat in it along with other ingredients missing and customizations not added. I contacted support via pepper who gave me one free entree and one free guac and chips. However, that did not resolve my issue. My issue was that I picked the order up and now the website wanted to charge me to have the correct order delivered. I reached out to an agent and after I advise what I needed, she disconnected. I spoke with another representative and explained my issue, as a result she cancelled my offers and it's and providing me a refund that I won't get back for three to five days. Which means I've ordered and paid for food that I cannot eat. This is a shame of customer service on the restaurant and the online support staff.

I am truly disappointed in chipotle at this location. I have been coming to this location almost forever. I know how much double meat portion is because I have been served by different employees in the past. Today I asked for double meat and this lady is absolutely putting nothing not even fair size and calling it double meat. She is trying to show me how much double meat is in a small sauce cup and I don’t take that nonsense. She is then starting to tell me that she’s a manager but that has nothing to do with me. You can’t tell me what double meat is when I have been getting double meat even before and you are the only person that was stingy with the portion. You can just put nothing and when I ask you to put more you go that’s how we do it. This is how you do it not other employees as far as my experience. When I’m paying for extra, I need extra there is no excuse for it. Chipotle at this location needs to do better. I won’t be coming back to this location because the manager is stingy and tries to educate me on double meat when I have been getting it all my life. I don’t care about who the manager is because if I say I want double meat then put double meat. Very disappointed!!!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Chipotle. The food was utterly horrible—no salt whatsoever, the chicken was dry, and they skimped on the lettuce, giving me just five tiny pieces. The food seemed unnecessarily hot, and the rice was dry with no flavor. Overall, it was a terrible dining experience.i mean if I could have given them a zero I would that’s how disappointing it was.

Ordered ahead through the app just to end up waiting for 20 minutes for them to bring me my food and it wasn’t even my order. They just gave me some random persons order. Sorry to whoever didn’t get their food.
