Placed an order for 6:30 pm, pulled up at 6:51 pm and the order STILL wasn’t ready. We got home (thankfully we’re in the neighborhood) and realized that they forgot the chips. I usually don’t mind waiting for my order, but when 5-6 employees are running in and out of the store while orders aren’t being made on time…we have an issue. I’ll stick to the Richmond location from here on out.

Absolute worst chipotle experience of all time, the owner should be ashamed of the managers and employees. Had the worst service I’ve ever received and the scoop of steak was laughable. Could not believe the size of the scoop of steak, I’m 22 years not a toddler.

I had lunch today and the food was extremely salty and when I notified them instead of making an apology or changing the food, they didn’t give a damn and had the worst customer service ever!!! I strongly recommend everyone to not buy anything from them so they could learn how to treat their customers. Obviously their poor review score shows how terrible they are!

First time to eat here, my friend recommended me try this bowl. My wife and me all like this. Chose rice first and then the bean, you also can choose tofu, next the top. Healthy food for me. Tastes great. What’s more, you don’t need to pay the tips. Very friendly.

The person serving the food was in a very bad mood and acted like they didn’t want to be there. They gave me half of the portion that should’ve been served — it felt like I was being cheated. Overall, the service was terrible and the experience was really disappointing. I hope they make some serious changes at that location.

I went in to order a bowl but saw the employee using one thermometer to test the meat the rice then the beans. Be very careful if you have allergies as the same thermometer was placed in all food containers!

I want to thank everyone for all the reviews!! I was in the area and wanted some Chipotle. After reading these reviews, I'll go to my usual one where I know I'll get what I paid for.
I'm not sure what it is at this location with portions but they strike again. I ordered a to-go meal for delivery (lunch) and the tiny portion of chicken I got must have been less than half a scoop. Reading the reviews this is common here. Why? Now, 9 times out of 10, on a delivery order, the protein portions are just less over all, as if the staff across all Chipotle locations are threatened somehow if they dare give an adult portion of chicken to a customer that isn't there to complain, but this took the cake. My meal looked pitiful and not worth the money, especially when you're paying a delivery cost of almost $20 for a Chipotle bowl for chicken, beans, and rice. Why is this an ongoing problem? And the cherry on top of it all is that it got delivered to me ice cold. I purposely got all the salsas and pico on the side to keep my meal warm but by the time it arrived it was like eating left overs that I left out all day and was too lazy to heat up. In summation, I ate cold beans and rice with a few pieces of chicken sprinkled on top, as if it was a garnish and not the main part of the meal.

I went today and, boy, there were a lot of online orders being filled. While I stood around waiting. There was a Hispanic guy with glasses and arm tattoos that was amazing. He was a blur, singlehandedly keeping this place stocked and physical customers served. His two female coworkers, not so much. One was on the phone the entire time, while the other moved at a speed that was between deliberate and glacial. That guy is the reason this isn't a 2 star review. Even with him, it took a solid probably 7 minutes to get from the front of the line to out the door. Give that guy a raise and the other two some additional training/motivation.
Benefit of the doubt, maybe someone called out, but if this is the standard moving forward, I'll probably stop coming to this establishment.

I went after lunch rush hour and the service was a bit slow, I wasn’t in a hurry but wanted to mention it as it was part of the experience. Food portions were surprisingly good. I got the carnitas bowl, the taste was good however it had a lot of fat and not much meat.
