I want to throw up right now. Hopefully y'all can see it in the pics but I am a black woman with very short hair so this clearly is not my long wavy hair 😒

Placed an order for 6:30 pm, pulled up at 6:51 pm and the order STILL wasn’t ready. We got home (thankfully we’re in the neighborhood) and realized that they forgot the chips. I usually don’t mind waiting for my order, but when 5-6 employees are running in and out of the store while orders aren’t being made on time…we have an issue. I’ll stick to the Richmond location from here on out.

Absolute worst chipotle experience of all time, the owner should be ashamed of the managers and employees. Had the worst service I’ve ever received and the scoop of steak was laughable. Could not believe the size of the scoop of steak, I’m 22 years not a toddler.

I had lunch today and the food was extremely salty and when I notified them instead of making an apology or changing the food, they didn’t give a damn and had the worst customer service ever!!! I strongly recommend everyone to not buy anything from them so they could learn how to treat their customers. Obviously their poor review score shows how terrible they are!

First time to eat here, my friend recommended me try this bowl. My wife and me all like this. Chose rice first and then the bean, you also can choose tofu, next the top. Healthy food for me. Tastes great. What’s more, you don’t need to pay the tips. Very friendly.
The person serving the food was in a very bad mood and acted like they didn’t want to be there. They gave me half of the portion that should’ve been served — it felt like I was being cheated. Overall, the service was terrible and the experience was really disappointing. I hope they make some serious changes at that location.

I went in to order a bowl but saw the employee using one thermometer to test the meat the rice then the beans. Be very careful if you have allergies as the same thermometer was placed in all food containers!
