I want to thank everyone for all the reviews!! I was in the area and wanted some Chipotle. After reading these reviews, I'll go to my usual one where I know I'll get what I paid for.

I'm not sure what it is at this location with portions but they strike again. I ordered a to-go meal for delivery (lunch) and the tiny portion of chicken I got must have been less than half a scoop. Reading the reviews this is common here. Why? Now, 9 times out of 10, on a delivery order, the protein portions are just less over all, as if the staff across all Chipotle locations are threatened somehow if they dare give an adult portion of chicken to a customer that isn't there to complain, but this took the cake. My meal looked pitiful and not worth the money, especially when you're paying a delivery cost of almost $20 for a Chipotle bowl for chicken, beans, and rice. Why is this an ongoing problem? And the cherry on top of it all is that it got delivered to me ice cold. I purposely got all the salsas and pico on the side to keep my meal warm but by the time it arrived it was like eating left overs that I left out all day and was too lazy to heat up. In summation, I ate cold beans and rice with a few pieces of chicken sprinkled on top, as if it was a garnish and not the main part of the meal.

I went today and, boy, there were a lot of online orders being filled. While I stood around waiting. There was a Hispanic guy with glasses and arm tattoos that was amazing. He was a blur, singlehandedly keeping this place stocked and physical customers served. His two female coworkers, not so much. One was on the phone the entire time, while the other moved at a speed that was between deliberate and glacial. That guy is the reason this isn't a 2 star review. Even with him, it took a solid probably 7 minutes to get from the front of the line to out the door. Give that guy a raise and the other two some additional training/motivation.
Benefit of the doubt, maybe someone called out, but if this is the standard moving forward, I'll probably stop coming to this establishment.

I went after lunch rush hour and the service was a bit slow, I wasn’t in a hurry but wanted to mention it as it was part of the experience. Food portions were surprisingly good. I got the carnitas bowl, the taste was good however it had a lot of fat and not much meat.

I came into this location and was told I could only place a kids order in store. For an adult order, I would have to order it online. As an adult, who would like to eat an adult size meal on her lunch break it does not make sense that I cannot come into the store and place an order, especially if there are employees available to assist and no line. I understand if there was a long line in some orders take longer than others but on this specific day and this specific time that was not the case. I have been to other locations with in the same ZIP Code that allow this order to be placed in person. Not sure why this specific store does not however it is Extremely disappointing and a waste of time.

Probably the worst chipotle location I’ve ever been to. Staff was rude and dismissive. Then when I ordered I got double rice (did not ask for that), then when it came to the meat I got a half scoop but when asking for more I was charged double. But you just gave me a half scoop - which I KNOW is not correct. Would never come to this location again. Do better. Thank god I had a gift card I would never spend my own money here again.

I get that portions are not going to be the same as u would probably serve yourself at home but this location has given me the tiniest portion of protein I have ever been served at any chipotle. If you request any more of ANYTHING be added they will charge u for a double. Also customer service is non existent.
