Twice now I have ordered (for pickup) a children's cheese quesadilla and both times received it so squished/ melted all the cheese was in the foil not the tortilla. Then when you try to contact the store you get the runaround with their awful automated system.

I came to this location and the older hispanics lady was so rude to me she wouldn’t put any chicken protein in my bowl. She told me she can’t give any more or she has to charge me the bowl only had rice beans and barely a half spoon of meat. When I asked her why she said she has to follow the rules and regulations of Chipotle. I left and filled out a review on the website and received an email that a Chipotle supervisor would contact me and I’m still waiting. You’re charging $13-15 for a bowl and refuse to put sufficient meat. Shame on you Chipotle!

Every time I visit this location the employees are changing. When I order a bowl I expect to get some meat whether I order chicken carne asada etc. you have to be very careful because they really want to give you just rice beans veggies cheez and lettuce they are so skimpy with the meat. The older Hispanic lady with silver teeth told me that she has to follow the rules and regulations of chipotle. I asked her if she will be put In chipotle jail ? She didn't understand, my conclusion is that Chipotle trains their employees to skimp out on the meat and the second you ask for more they yell EXTRA. They are taking advantage of their clients and each bowl is $11-$15 or more. It's very frustrating that you have to be on guard making sure you don't just get a veggie bowl or burrito. I will never Go Back. 0 stars
