I'm very disappointed at the fact that I go pick up an order to eat and when you get home all the meat on the food is raw. Worst part about it is you can't speak with anyone even if call the store and the mobile app does nothing. This is very bad service and disgusting food. You need to train your workers to cook the food a little bit better.

The restaurant at Hwy 6 and Bissonet is the worst. Quick copy of fast food. Managers and employees don't give a care. Got our online order messed up 3 times, gave us somebody else's food then decided they wouldn't remake it and make it right and eventually decided to refund our $$$. Waste of time

I get bad vibes every time I come here. You can tell when people are looking at you with a judgmental eye and their unwillingness to help whenever you ask for something. I felt the same vibe when i stayed at a red roof inn in el paso.

This one female employee always has an attitude towards me for no apparent reason. I’m always nice and polite with them, but the one I think is the manager (short with glasses and hair tied up in a ponytail that is wrapped and also wears a hat) fixes my food and then when I asked for more rice she scooped it up and threw it in my bowl in which went all over place and said “anything else with an attitude” and I was like yes, steak please then she puts a little bit of steak in my bowl in which I had to ask for more again. It’s just too much to be typing and complaining. I just want her to treat me the customer with respect and dignity. Not calling for anyone to be in trouble just wants better services when I go.
