6:45pm dinner rush time, so i do understand they may have been busy before i came. But there were atleast 6 people standing around behind the counter so i know atleast one person could have been sent out to wipe off tables. The restaurant was dirty inside and out so we took our food to go. Actually we debated on even eating from here. The food containers were all dried and crusty looking. If I get the bubble guts I know why :(

I have always walked in and got my food and I was always happy with the outcome I just ordered on line and pick up I paid almost twice as much and got a lot less food I suggest do not order on line

Delicious food, the taste can be comfortable for everyone. Staff was nice and followed all customers' requests. The atmosphere was fine but a little bit cold. It means the dining place was not warm as customers usually expected for a place to dine in. Overall good.

Worst chipotle ever only teen work there don’t even cook the food all the way my rice was soooo uncooked today ?? honestly they just need to hire more adults or more mature teens that actually care about the job

This location always has an issue with either the night shift or the food. Today the rice was not cooked all the way, it was still hard and my chips were extremely stale...This is the closet location to my house, but I will definitely drive to another location from now on.

Normally I don’t hand out bad reviews, but my experience at this chipotle was enough for me to be making a call to corporate. This GM’s integrity is clearly compromised. The food was okay, but again not worth the experience. Stop spending money where you’re not wanted.Kid-friendliness: My review stems from me getting two kids meals. For my 2 children. Very confrontational.

Young lady on the food line/cashier was rude and seemed to not want to be there at all. As I was ordering, she just wasn’t paying attention and no acknowledgment.
Walking in felt a little strange not friendly, when served on everyone looked angry, this was my first visit to this place, although the food was good, on last week I went back got the same service, no smiles no friendly place to spend your time nor money, at that I got charged for something I didn't get, the charge wasn't much for me to drive back for, but I will not go back again the bad thing about this the place near my home, I like their food, they should work on their people skills in customer service and the young lady at the register needs more training, what about Thank you to a customer, I let them know it was my first visit I was told about how good the food and it was nutritious.The parking is terrible, my experience from 1 to 5, I rate a 2. I had a take out order for $15.00

Every time I go to this location I get the same thing, kids build your own soft tacos. The tacos that are supposed to be soft are never soft. It seems like they let the pack of soft tacos sit out all day. By the time I get home, which is 7 minutes away, the tacos are cracked. I have to tell them to wrap it in foil every time. I usually go into the establishment around 830-9 pm and the workers are always playing around. Or I have to wait even longer on a mobile order. This location needs to be trained properly! It’s awful!
