The lady at the to go station I was standing there for 10 mins was never a knowledge by her but a nice guy from the counter did ask me, he was nice but the lady woke up grumpy or hates working there. I worked in fast food places in my past but a hi or I’m working on your order or just be seen is nice. Every time I come she’s rude. Everyone else is great even the lady that cleans and restocks everything.

All the workers are miserable , all the workers don’t give you proper scoops and when you ask for more and let them know is ok to charge you extra EVEN if it’s no worth it , they give you an attitude. If you hate your job just leave . $20 on a bowl that could’ve been $14 but didn’t give proper scoops. Is not about the money is about the interactions .

I don't know why I keep coming here, yet again it's 7:38pm this restaurant closes at 11pm and they are completely out of Barbara for the night on the main line that's the only meat I eat, but they have some for Uber and DoorDash on the other side but refuse to give me some. I'll be calling corporate in the morning.

I stopped for a late lunch and saw they have plant based protein. I ordered a bowl with different toppings, including white rice, black beans, and sour cream. I wish they had milder salsas. I topped the bowl with chopped tomatoes. I was impressed with the taste and texture of sofritas. Some tables needed cleaning. The aguas frescas looked delicious, and I regret not having bought one. The mandarin one peaked my interest. I shall return to try it.

Went in today June 30th at 9:30pm and the lady telling me all they got in the line is all they have. They close at 11. You mean to tell me you are not preparing what you advertise to customers AN HOUR AND A HALF before closing? A woman was directing this as they kept telling the boys in the back to NOT MAKE FOOD and to tell people that the food on the line is all they have. Very weird considering this is NOT her personal restaurant. Please REMOVE these types of employees from your establishment otherwise you will face the repercussions of being inconsistent and people going to another chipotle instead. No hate to the workers but management NEEDS to weed people out who refuse to go by the corporate rules.

Extremely Disappointed with Online Order Experience
I placed an online order to pick up during my short lunch break, thinking it would be convenient. Out of the nine items I requested for my bowl, only four were correct. What I received was plain rice, beans, meat, a few veggies, and a ton of hot salsa I didn’t ask for.
I didn’t have time to go back and fix the issue, and calling them is pointless — the number is automated, and all the app offers is a free drink as compensation. This was my first time trying this location, and it will definitely be my last.
It’s incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful, especially when they had over an hour to prepare the order correctly. If you’re on a tight schedule, I do not recommend relying on this Chipotle.
