If you order on the app after 10 pm, they don’t have the food ready on time. Expect to wait 10 to 20 more minutes after you get there. And if you’re lucky with the ingredients, your food will be ready almost the way you ordered it. Most of the time they run out. They dont care if you wait or not. Better off to order from Wendys, McD, or Chick fil a. At least you get your food on time.

Food was great but it was only 8:30 pm and they had already ran out of the basic add ons such as lettuce corn and guacamole. I saw them cleaning at 8:30 and to me deep cleaning shouldn’t start until the doors are closed . If they focused on food service they can all tackle the cleaning together at the end but I feel like they were doing their best to have it clean so they can leave at closing time. I enjoy a clean restaurant but it’s not good to short customers on their add ins because you don’t want to prep anymore or get anything dirty.

Literally waited in line for about 8 minutes without the workers greeting us nobody acknowledge me or my girl we just stood at the order areawatching the workers talk and text on there phones.

The menu is wrong. You have to pay extra for chips and guacamole. Even though there isn't a price beside the word chips or anywhere. I thought they forgot my chips. When I asked the cashier she told me you got to pay for them and looked at me like I was stupid.Dietary restrictions: No beef

They're always running out of shredded lettuce, and they'll start using spinach or chopped lettuce ?
Overcharged by almost 8 dollars and the little girl behind the counter rolled her eyes and said "guess you want that back Hu?" The food wasn't very good, trash was all over the drink station and the store was messy.

This is my 4th time coming to this location, They have been consistent with the quality and the extra seasoning they put in there food, it hasn't been bland thus far. I've been to several Chipotle locations and this location is thee best for the best seasoning.

They opened the store unprepared with no pico de gallo available and when I offered to wait. I was told it wouldn't be ready for another 15 minutes which unacceptable. They should’ve just told customers upfront so we would’ve a chose. I personally come for pico de gallo on my burrito and didn’t like unpreparedness of the restaurant.
