I didn’t know how to start but THIS IS THE WORSE CHIPOTLE I HAVE EVER BEEN INTO.
I’ll start with the costumer service, this people has such a bad attitude, I saw one of them cleaning the table with one hand and hold one of the bowls with food in it with the other so close to the trash can that I didn’t understood the purpose for that and seems very unsanitary to me. I didn’t want to be a Karen an make a scene right there but what is wrong with them. I got home and they prepared my order so poorly and give me whatever they want.
I’m sorry if I sound rude but they make me wait for so long with a bad attitude and not even do my order right. I wouldn’t have say anything if they at least make the order right but they are lacking on everything in this place.
I’m giving one star because I can’t give them less than that.

I came in super hungry at about 10:30 was super happy that they were open late. But shortly after going inside to order my food I realized it just because they were open late didn't mean it was going to be a good experience. The lady that was helping me one lady came up to her and said hey I can help you with this one if you want to go home and she goes no I'm just going to finish up and slapped my meal together through it in the containers practically Chunk in the spoons back into the assembly line container where the food was. Nothing was labeled and it leaked out of the side because it was not seals very good before it was put in the bag. Then I felt like I was kind of just rushed out.

Some of the workers are very rude, then they never have vinegarette...how long have you been knowing that the guacamole is running out and not waiting until is nothing left to make a fresh batch

Consistently terrible service. The staff is rude and acts like they don’t want to be there. On top of that, they’re always out of basic ingredients—what’s the point of a burrito place that runs out of rice or chicken? Every visit is a disappointment. Definitely not worth the hassle.

I was very disappointed and disgusted! The portion is much smaller than other Chipotle restaurants but I had a hair in my food! I don’t plan on going back to this location.

Food was ok I would expect if there's no customers the cashier or whomever would atleast wipe the tables for the customers. Majority of the tables were dirty in stead she's on phone walking in back eating

Love chipotle… this location sucks. Didn't heat up tortillas, everything was cold, no lettuce, the smallest portion size (barely any rice), and all for $30 (an insane price for the smallest portion of meat).

The store was dirty and there weren't enough supplies by the beverage stand. The lady at the counter gave very little of each item. I've never had a bowl end up so shallow of ingredients.

I'm very disappointed. This wasn't my first visit to this specific store. It has been similar in the past. This was my last visit, though. Terrible!

I literally was PHYSICALLY in the store attempting to order quesadillas when the young lady behind the counter gleefully assured me that she could NOT make my order if I ordered it through the line!?!?😡She said I had to order it through Doordash.😠 NEVER have I EVER been so cheerfully inconvenienced!!🤬 In addition, the portion sizes have TREMENDOUSLY decreased while the prices have increased. I spoke with the manager and she admitted fault and offered me cup of water???!!😦 This location is horrible and I will never spend my hard earned money with them again!!!!🤬

The service is terrible. I went to this location on 2/18/25 at 9pm and there were 3 young female employees standing at the cash register talking. No one acknowledged us or took our order so we left. One of the females even had the audacity to say oh well, as we were leaving, after her coworker in the back informed the ladies that customers were leaving. Unprofessional and immature!
