Was the only customer in the store and the girl making my 2 bowls did it like she had somewhere to be and just completely under portioned everything I asked for

The location is a waste of cooperate’s money. They never have supplies and the customer service is always terrible. Some nights there is no chicken today’s recent incident there was no vinaigrette at all. I was told that this location simply just doesn’t have the ingredients at all. Pls keep in mind it’s only 12:40pm when I am getting my food. If it was closing time I could be understanding but at lunch time is very unacceptable.

Besides portion sizes getting smaller; the steak was so tough, I could barely chew it. I actually hurt my gums chewing it. Wasn’t tender at all. Tonight’s meal ruined.

Food ordered through doordash came with horrible proportions. My burrito bowl came with very sparse Lettuce and a whole lot of fajita veggies! I basically got a veggie bowl and I threw it all away. The whole things reaked of onions soaked in tomatoe salsa.

Agree with another review that the portion sizes have been consistently smaller. Quality has gotten consistently bad as well. I've gone twice this week and both times I had to throw out 95% of the chicken because it was so fatty, full of grissel, and chewy it was uneatable.

I usually order my food before I come, but the system is down, so I had to order in store. I forgot to unlock my card, so I stepped out of line and let the others go so I could take time to unlock it. Not even a minute later, I go back to the counter, and the cashier puts my bag on the shelf (safety reasons, of course). When she hands me back my bag, there's a big tear in the corner, which would fully rip open by the time I got home. I asked the cashier for another bag, and she told me that's the last bag in that size (I had a kids plate as well). I said okay, then asked for tape or a sticker to keep the bag together because my daughter and I walked there, but she didn't even budge and stared at me. The lady who was cleaning overheard stopped what she was doing and immediately brought me the bag in which the cashier said they didn't have ? I'm grateful for that young lady, I wish I had gotten her name. But y'all need to do something about the rude and inconsiderate cashier.

Why are y’all not putting forks in the bags for chipotlane to go orders?? Every time I pick up my bowl at the chipotlane, there’s no fork with my order. Also the girl at the window is dry and rude.

The portions have been consistently shrinking and today's bowl was one of the worst. Ordered thru the mobile app and asked for extra rice and pico de gallo but got maybe one portion of each, thank you for keeping me hungry chipotle

I mobile ordered for my mom and I. On my taco they gave me white rice instead of brown rice. I noticed because I'm not a fan of cilantro. It tastes like soap to me. They didn't have guacamole, so they asked if I wanted queso instead, giving me no other option. The woman that helped me had an attitude like she didn't want to help me when I told her I had a mobile order. The Chipotle on Beltway 8 is a lot better and has never messed up my order.

The store manager need to re-teach their employees how to properly wrap a burrito!I threw mine away because it fell apart completely after 3 bites. I was unable to save it, and it disassembled all over me in my truck.Horrible prep!
