They barely give you enough food & they have nasty attitudes. In the middle of the girl making my bowl i literally waked off. I’m not paying $10+ for $5 worth of food. She didn’t give an adult size portion of food. Never going back.

I understand being busy but the girl with the red hair at the register had a nasty attitude. My 85 year old granddaughter asked for her to add chips she said “I already added a bag of chips” and rolled her eyes. We both wanted a bag of chips. She was rushing the young black girl and was frustrated with her. The black girl wasn’t finished with the transaction before she rung up someone else and kept mugging my grandmother. She needs better customer service training. When you’re older you can’t think as fast and they seemed annoyed with my grandmother and she was confused and flustered. I feel sorry for the black girl she was so sweet.

This chiplote is a hit or miss… I’ve ordered and picked up thru the pickup lane it’s a better experience. the quantity is better than coming inside waiting in the long line and getting scraps for $12.07.. These people are ridiculous.

Charged twice for one bowl. Realized half an hour after leaving & called the restaurant. Manager said the only way to get a refund would be to show up in-person today or Wednesday with my receipt, which is very inconvenient for me. Manager said there was no other option or way to get a refund. I asked if there was any other number or person I could talk to; manager said no.

I found a different customer service number online and they were able to process my request remotely. Manager was totally wrong to not provide me the customer service number herself or offer any other way to get a refund. They need better training to 1) not double charge in the first place and 2) correct their mistakes in a way that is not totally inconvenient for the customer.

I went in on break to the one on 11710 South Freeway with my daughter and grandchildren. This one lady was slamming your trays and food down on the counter, not listening and had a huge attitude. I asked for the manager and told her. She told the lady in Spanish what i needed. That seemed to upset this woman even more. I'm like lady i lady your salary. This is the second time my daughter and i have come to this store and been treated wrong. I truthfully don't recommend this location at all. Not to mention the counter was filthy.

By Chipotle policy (from what I've found) one serving of meat is 4oz (by volume not weight). So a double serving would be 8oz, right? Not at this location. The bowls are severely under filled and everytime the staff just blankly stares as they charge for double meat when you're getting the same amount you'd expect a prisoner in a North Korean labor camp to receive.

Also the second door on the double doors is always locked. At best it causes pedestrian traffic jams and at worst it's an emergency hazard.

Just a bad location, save your money and go hungry for lunch.

This Chipotle barely opened and the service has already gone downhill. Last week, I ordered on the app, and they couldn't find my order. Then today I arrived and they took forever at the drive through, so we went in. The crew had an attitude. (I regret having left a tip on the app), and then forgot my drink. I had to ask for it. After all that, I got home, and the order was totally wrong. My bowl was missing half of the ingredients. I go on the app to try to get customer service and the bot told me "sorry I can't help you." Chipotle costs way too much for them to only use BOTS not humans for service when there is a problem with your order.

This Chipotle location is brand new, and though the staff is fairly young, they get the job done well! Most of the reviews I’ve seen focus on drive-through or to-go orders, but my experience dining in was excellent. When you’re inside, you get to build your own meal, and it looks like they follow the company’s serving measurements closely.

The food was fantastic—fresh and flavorful. The staff was friendly, fast, and attentive, even though it was fairly busy. The line moved quickly, and I was impressed by how smoothly everything ran. I’ll definitely be coming back!
