Chipotle Mexican Grill

I picked up an order at 3:20 11/2/24 and was given terrible service.
A lady with blue jeans and tied back black hair glarred at me when I approached with a smile and said hi.
After ignoring me for some time she aggressively asked my name multiple times.i calmly gave her my name each time.

She went back to ignoring me and doing other things before handing me the order when she felt like it.

I was nice the entire exchange but felt like she was incredibly disrespectful and not happy to help.

This food is great . The employees are AMAZING. Always smiling faces when I arrive . The manager Jerece is very nice . It’s always clean. Mr. Tony is always doing his best . Tori is always on the front line with smiling faces..

Their food was great. The portions were abundant and so we had take home dishes for the next day 'S Lunch.7

This is probably our favorite Chipotle of all that we have been to. The servers are friendly and quick! And the outside patio has a nice atmosphere. The inside is spacious.

Workers were off task steady talking one looked dirty and unhygienic did not get a greeting when walking in I asked for a double wrapped burrito and was given something that didn't even have the shape to a burrito my business will continue to be given to the location on Richmond because this one is just a sad excuse of an establishment

In a nutshell very over rated & over priced! The meat portions gradually get smaller and smaller.

Dang these employees are so unhappy. I tried speaker to each one building my bowl with no response. Bummer.

No vinaigrette sauce is the biggest let down. Too many times have I come to this location and have dealt with the same issue. Last time I will be back.

I recently visited the Chipotle location on Sheppard Drive, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The portion sizes were smaller than what I’ve come to expect, which left me feeling like I didn’t get the value I’m used to from Chipotle. Additionally, the lobby area was not well-maintained—tables were dirty, and the trash bins were overflowing, which detracted from the overall dining experience.

The two employees behind the counter, who appeared to be of Latino descent and on the heavier side, were more focused on chatting with each other than on providing attentive service. This lack of focus might have contributed to the smaller portions and the lack of attention to cleanliness in the lobby.

I’ve always enjoyed Chipotle for its quality and consistency, but this visit fell short of those standards. I hope that management at this location can address these issues to ensure that future experiences are more in line with what Chipotle is known for.

There seems to be two restauranteurs working there that are lazy both are Hispanic ladies and women on the heavier side. Leaving their young staff to work and they’re relaxing with their feet in the air.

I go here once a week and the experience is always mixed. It was 845 pm at night and they were out of chicken. There were atleast 20 people waiting on chicken, and a new batch would have easily got over by the night. Also not to mention the stingy portions. The guys working in the kitchen are very nice, though the ones at the front are rude.

If you can’t go pick it up yourself and supervise, don’t even bother. You’re going to get the worlds smallest burrito delivered to your house, guaranteed. And even if you go get it in person, just skip the steak altogether. It’s beyond tough.
