I already make an online order. The order specifically for organic limonade, I sent someone to pick up, chipotle wrote in the paper ticket that is small soda. And is what the person saw. I said that Can’t drink soda for health reasons. And need to buy another limonade to other places is closer to me. When I explained the issue 3 times they said. The manager explained they don’t want to lose money. I loss my money and time. 4 times explain that with all the proof in my hands. They refused saying theirs money is most important. I managed 15 worker May my money is not important but for sure my employees don’t buy at chipotle anymore because Taco Bell gave us a lot better customer service. Even Barnaby’s also had an awesome customer service to us. And I have evidence of all my tickets with me. And they have a copy of. Of course I return the soda . I don’t drink soda anymore.

I've frequented this location for years . The food is always hot & the freshness unbelievable, the management never hesitates to allow the sampling of new items or accommodate on allergy issues . The staff are so jovial and never a frown on the serving line , that is essentially what keeps me returning several times a month .

I picked up an order at 3:20 11/2/24 and was given terrible service. A lady with blue jeans and tied back black hair glarred at me when I approached with a smile and said hi. After ignoring me for some time she aggressively asked my name multiple times.i calmly gave her my name each time.
She went back to ignoring me and doing other things before handing me the order when she felt like it.
I was nice the entire exchange but felt like she was incredibly disrespectful and not happy to help.
