Please train the lady at the meat counter; today, she provided less than half of what I normally receive for a regular portion. When I asked for more, she charged me extra and displayed a poor attitude. I was charged $22 for half the amount of food I typically get. This is unacceptable.

Chipotle is no longer the brand they once were. Meat is bland, and in most instances, overcooked. Meat (steak, for ex) is old and dry on the food line when served, if any, is indeed available. Employees don't even care to be working there and show no emotion. Chipotle used to be the absolute king 10 years ago, now, it's just MEH...a pure blight on a street curb. No longer worth the effort to go in in the store for a hot fresh meal, let alone order online with any type of similar expectations. Chipotle once reigned supreme over Taco Bell, and other competitors...but Chipotle has been left in their wake. At least Taco Bell has been consistent, decade over decade, where, at least in the case this store, the brand has been entirely lost. Pure shame. Fix it, or Chipotle will disappear altogether.

All the food in the containers looked dried out at the top. That should have been our sign to stay away. The carne asada was extremely tough and hard to chew. I had to go back and buy a side of chicken and pick out all of the beef. The chips were stale. Never have an issue at the other locations around the city.Seating area was clean.

I ordered food to be delivered from the location on Shepherd. Was having a few friends over to watch a program & when the food was delivered the covers on the containers were not fastened properly& food fell out in the bag and spilled all over the counter. The meat in the tacos was super tough and mostly gristle. The bowl smelled really bad like bad/old meat. I also ordered guacamole as a side and for$5.90 I got basically two tablespoons of dip. I paid a little over $100 including a generous tip. The tortilla chips were the only food item that were fresh and edible. I paid $100 for a bag of chips. This is not the Chipotle that I have known in the past. Will never patronize them again & will discourage all friends & family to stay away. Also called the corporate office & was treated like a criminal - trying to get a refund. The customer support person acted as if they couldn't be bothered.

This franchise is very good, I always eat there but today I went to this one and how horrible ? the food was, the rice was inedible, there was no barbecue meat or pork. Neither trays for dishes nor knives, in short, I would not return.
I've lived in Houston for 4 years and this location has consistently been the worst location in terms of service and having everything stocked up. Today, for example, I went here at 4pm and they were out of bowls. Other times I have gone there HOURS before closing and they are out of multiple food options. I'm starting to figure out this location has lack of energy with keeping items stocked and it is truly disappointing.

All 3 times I've been to this location there has been trash all over the floor behind the counter where the employees serve the food, and it looks generally dirty. The last 2 times I came here, I ordered a salad bowl and the next day, I was sick. Food poisoning! I do not have any allergies whatsoever, my immune system is through the roof, and I literally never get sick. For me to get sick and experience extreme digestive distress, means something was not right about whatever I ate. I hope the owners of this location thoroughly inspect the quality of the ingredients that they are using as well as the cleanliness of the kitchen and serving area, and that of the employees. I will not be returning.
