My burrito fell apart when I opened it. It was almost all rice with very little meat. I've heard if you order online you will get smaller portions and this seems to be true. The staff was friendly.

I can not believe how rude this worker was while I was waiting outside for the store to open today. She was a small African-American little girl. She was not kind and when the store was due to open at 10:45 she came to the door and held it saying we need 5 mire minutes. Not nice at all. I'll never come back here again

O how I missed you and this location was a great quick bite. Get the steak! Not Carne Asada but Steak. New Sauce was great ..sour cream was a scoop and guac on point. Thank y'all...man I'm hungry again!

Very disappointing experience! Me and my four year old son stopped by after his doctors appointment and I ordered a bowl and a bag of chips after checking out the cashier walked off without handing me my chips so I took one of the bags that are always placed by the register and an employee reached for the chips back and said no no you didn’t get that let me see your receipt which I showed her and pointed to the receipt! She offered no apology just a fake smile and told me well I grabbed the large bag and she would get me the other one! Granted I see you need to make sure i purchased it but the tone and way she handled it was so embarrassing

While Chipotle as a whole I feel has been trending down, this location is usually above average to very good. I work near a different Chipotle but drives a bit further to come to this one because poor experience at the other location. Food and service more reliable during peak meal times, bit more unpredictable during off peak hours

I’ve been going here for 3 years and today there was an employee that didn’t close my bowl right and I addressed this and he said nothing will happen, later going home I shook my bowl and half of ut fell on my floor. I was ordering a quesadilla for my sister and the took thirty minutes and one of the employees purposefully ignored me after multiple requests to get a kids meal. I had to get one of his fellow employees to get his attention which also took several attempts. This place was good and still has good food, but the employees I met today were just rude and ignorant. I came into the store an hour and a half before close but I guess everyone decided they wanted to be done for the day. The food was pushed back which I thought was odd. I ordered a burrito and he just tossed the items onto the tortilla and just folded it into foil without even wrapping it. I asked if he even wrapped that and he ignored me. He then gives me a cup. When I go to the machine I had to ask for ice because he said he didn't put any in for the night

Had to argue with the manager about my portions per usual. She was upset because I asked her to please weigh my protein. She was upset because she tried to give me about 6oz. of meat when I ordered double meat. No ma'am! I want ALL 8 ozs!! She weighed it eventually and gave me some more meat. 🙄
WORST CHIPOTLE EVER… I waited 15 minutes for them to make more honey chicken and when I came back, they ran out of rice… then when I asked for a little more rice because the container was empty and he was scraping the bottom, he wanted to charge me for extra rice. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE

A bit stingy with the fillings but I have 4 🌟 for them almost getting the cilantro rice recipe correct. I only frequent the locations with good cilantro rice bc if the rice isn't seasoned properly, it throws off the entire entree.
