How are you gonna sell burritos with staff that doesn’t know how to roll burritos?!? Just got a burrito that was half open it look like a supersized taco not a burrito. Close burritos not borders!

As a former member of the customer service industry I don’t like to give 1 star for service to anyone. But if your point of sale goes down you don’t leave your customers whose food is in progress to wait while you figure it out. To let them go with your apologies and don’t let anyone else order h til the POS is fixed. This is common knowledge.

Great food and atmosphere. Some of the employees here definitely skimp on the protein in your bowls and burritos but other than that, great location.
Literally BEST chipotle I’ve ever been to. They make the food the best and they are soooooo nice! Everything is CLEAN and FAST. the staff is amazing- manager Aurelia is doing a fantastic job, staff Will, Samuel, and especially Vaishav are all amazing.

First time going to this restaurant. The service was great. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I really enjoyed the food as well. I had the brisket bowl with cilantro rice and a bunch of toppings. Loved and my son loved his as well. So filling feel like I just ate a Thanksgiving dinner 😋. Will definitely be going there again.

I have visited this place a few times and the place is always filthy and the staff slow and unresponsive. I guess I keep giving it a chance because of the food, but at some point enough is enough. I hope management gets their act together.

Says it's open till 11.. show up at 10:15 and they're closed. How hard is it to close when stated? I even called the store and the automated message stated open till 11.

I order from this location usually 2 times a week . However this week has been terrible . first , I ordered my usual burrito to take out and when I get home I found that is like half size burrito.
Second time this week , placed my order for take out and when I get home I found out they put lettuce which I didn’t ask for and no Guac which of course I ordered.
Considering changing location or just make the line and order there to make sure they don’t mess my order up .
