They get the order wrong all the time, skimp on the meat for delivery, and half the time the meat is overcooked. They got it wrong and now I’m stuck with food I have to throw away and can’t eat

As a food manager it is crucial to change gloves anytime they are dirty. That's a huge no for me. Gloves are cheap, just change them. Anyhow something on the gloves that I don't eat and then proceeds to touch my food. Wiping your dirty fingers on your apron. Seriously? That's a health violation.

We are huge fans of Chipotle and always have a consistent, delicious experience…until today. Our orders were bland..under seasoned , the rice was mushy and overcooked. Really disappointing. Could not finish my meal. I’m going through the reviews for this location and this feedback has been provided by other customers for this location.

GO TO THE CHIPOTLE ON RICHMOND. I hope this establishment closes down. Check yourselves.This is the ABSOLUTE WORST Chipotle you could ever visit and the absolute worst I've visited and ordered from. Wow, can no one here read a list of ingredients and correctly put them in a bowl?????? I visited here once, their credit card machine was down. The second time, they had no guacamole. Never came here again. Today, I made an online order and accidentally selected this trash location instead of the one of Richmond. You guys DIDN'T give me my GUACAMOLE, NO SOUR CREAM, AND NO XTRA CHICKEN. Other than one rare occasion with a KBBQ place that did something similarly heinous (but they rectified it, so no hate towards them), I can usually understand the mentality behind one messed up aspect of an order. But to miss my guacamole, and two other large aspects of my bowl???? Which 2 parts (xtra chicken and guac) I paid extra for???? Are you kidding me???? You also didn't give my boyfriend's bowl xtra chicken either. Never coming here and will be telling everyone to STAY AWAY.

Pretty sure my 2yo son and I got food poisoning from here. I had a chicken bowl and he had a chicken quesadilla. The bathroom doesn’t have a baby changing station. The doors are so heavy that you have to touch the door handle to leave. My conclusion was contaminated hands from staff or improper chicken handling. I did write/call corporate. They left me a voicemail but since haven’t tried to get back (~1 week). Will never go back to a Chipotle again. My son threw up about 6 or 7 times from a 2pm lunch around 12 hours later. I was out 4 days later for 4 days! Never felt so terrible from food before. Nobody else from our family got sick (and the only different thing my 2yo and I ate was Chipotle).

I went here when the chipotle app was down and the restaurant was slammed, the wait time was projected to be really long and the workers pulled out all the stops to get everyone their food and make sure all the mobile orders were also being taken care of. Best fast food experience
