I eat at Chipotle at least 2 times a week. Normally a pleasant experience but not so much anymore with this location. The amount of chicken they put on the bowl was getting less and less and this last time was a joke. I noticed everyone getting small portions too. The one in Humble at 1960 and west lake Houston is consistently awesome but not the one on Richmond.

Went for lunch and the food was fresh and flavorful. The team was friendly and moved the line quickly even during a busy hour. The restaurant was clean, and the ingredients looked well stocked. The only small issue was the portion size on the meat, but overall it was a good experience and I’ll definitely come back.

I didn’t love the carne asada but I think it may be the seasoning, more than an issue with this particular location.
Portions were good as well. Overall, great experience!

Really great chipotle location! I’ve been coming here for years. The staff is always super friendly, and the food is always great!
Went down hill big time. Waited 30 minutes for an regular type online burrito order with staff telling me to wait(the establishment was at 20% capacity). I question the hiring practices and the General Manger for this terrible customer service experience. This chipotle is now in comparison to low quality businesses. The wait time and dirty restaurant is representative of the general manger, i’m sure they will push the blame towards their staff, it’s the general manger’s fault. Chipotle should cut their salaries.

I work in one of the office's nearby, so I frequented this chipotle quite a bit for lunch. However, after ordering last week I bit into my chicken quesadilla only for a medium sized BUG to crawl out of it. I probably will not be able to stomach any chipotle for a long long time, but I felt it was my due diligence to let others know... Also, chipotle chicken bugs must be built different, bc this thing survived a 30 second nuke in the microwave...
