Me and my family ate build your own bowl on Thursday afternoon( rice, beans, guacamole, wiyh lettuce, no fajitas). We all have been terribly sick with stomach infection since friday , both adults and 2 kids have been vomitting and had diarrhea. We had told them that rice does look hard and undercooked, they said brown rice tends to be chewy. This is horrible. I would not go here! I will see to it that Chipotle corporate management has an answer for this selling un healthy food. This food location needs re-auditing by the licensing department .

I've been going to this chipotle for 3 years I literally live a cross the street. This the second time this happened to me. I happened last year and I stop going for 6 months now again I'm done. I Dont know if the black gentleman gets a bonus for giving me a pinch of rice. Every single item he gave me I had to assist to him that's the wrong portion I Dont got time for companies trying to rip people off. He tried to be sarcastic so I left. I will never come there again. They are trying to give u a kids plate. I'm sure most people are scared to voice there concern. I have a masters in computer science and doing well in life it's not like I'm trying to get free food. I want what I pay for and always have gotten before. This specific chipotle will never get me or my family business run from this location. As for the sarcastic gentleman is a joke. Don't play with me when I'm spending my money at your business. I will also make a video post about this on Tik tok. Taking my money to central market.

I frequent Chipotle quite a bit and different locations for that matter. On this particular day I was redeeming a double protein promo through the app. The line worker started off good, packing my bowl with a lot of lettuce, since I ask for lettuce first, but it all went downhill after that! I asked for double rice and the second scoop was so small compared to the first one, so I asked the worker for more rice. She rolled her eyes but proceeded to add another small scoop. I asked for no beans or vegetables to make room for the double protein. Up next, one scoop of carne asada. I ask for a second scoop and again she gives me a much smaller second scoop. I politely ask for more protein as I was wanting double. She gives me a fair scoop finally, but turns and tells the “manager” to charge me three scoops. I said no no, I requested double protein. The “manager” Jesrael Carreto. He proceeded to take half of the meat out and says now it’s double protein. I told him that was just the first scoop the lady put the first time. No way that was double protein. He gets loud and frustrated and starts holding the line up just to try and make a point. I told him don’t be stingy with the protein. He loudly and in front of everyone says, haven’t you heard of profit margin? Can’t give you extra meat for free. He was so rude! I replied that he wasn’t because I was paying for it. Finally I told him to just continue with my bowl and the regular amount of protein. The tomato’s in the pico must’ve been bad because they were discolored. This guy still had the nerve to charge me double protein because my reward was applied to this order. When I got to eat my bowl the meat was cold and dry for being carne asada. And this guy was making a big fuss over stale meat when I am a returning customer. Not sure who hired him or made him manager but I’ve never had this issue with any other location or this bad a customer service either. The customer is always right!

Horrible Experience! I ordered 2 bowls one with chicken & chips and one with carne asadaI didn’t get the chips for the chicken bowl & then for the Carne Asada I did not get the meat at all also the beans were not fully cooked they were hard enough for them to just split in half.This is the first time this happens to me I was on my lunch break and didn’t notice till I was at my office so I didn’t want to drive back but PLEASE ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK YOUR FOOD

ABSOLUTELY NOT! TWICE MY HUSBAND HAS GOT VOMITTING EPISODES THE NEXT MORNING AND OR DIARRHEA this has happened to him twice after eating the culprit chipotle. It all clearly points to Chipotle and only disgusting Chipotle since that’s all he ate yesterday. It’s 7 am and I’m helping my husband vomit for the second time. I can’t believe I have to part ways I mean it wasn’t that great anyway but I felt the world should know. This is pathetic chipotle what are you doing giving customers vomitting and diarrhea every single time.

Go here pretty often and am generally pretty happy with it. Usually get a burrito which can mean it often ends up being kinda messy to eat due to the tortilla nor wrapping around everything well.Today unfortunately while eat I noticed a piece of chicken was quite pink on the inside which was pretty worrying since it shouldn't be that color. Hopefully a one off but seeing some of the other reviews I suspect it happens somewhat often

Rice was hard, meat was dry, the vegetables were undercooked, and the guacamole was bad. I go to Chipotle frequently and enjoy it... this was absolutely terrible. The person sitting next to us said the same thing about it.

Dry cold meat and old veggies. Truly, I didn't even know steak could be that dry, cold and chewy. Absolutely God awful food upkeep. Fresca awesome though. Definitely don't stop by before the movies.
