Was delivering via door dash they said my order got picked up. How can they not confirm who’s getting these peoples food?! I really think they couldn’t fulfill the order and lied because they didn’t have the meat to complete the reorder.

My 9 year old daughter was eating her bowl, she discovered a huge piece of glass in her food. Never again will I go back to this location. Poor management!

Burnt meat, skimpy portions and super rude employees. The cashier was so rude and I did not want to pay for burnt chicken. I did because I was on a lunch break but they had just opened so no reason why you should have burnt food.

Pick up order is always correct but orders are never on the pick up shelf. They are always behind the register then you rudely have to “skip” in front of the waiting customers to be handed a bag. Tables inside often appear dirty, so be warned if you’re eating inside. Overall: Please use the shelves as intended.

Staff rude. Bigger Hispanic guy on the line ignored me and greeted the person that came after me. Smaller Hispanic guy with hat handling to go orders was not helpful with communication, ignored me as well.
I’ve given this location a chance multiple times even after receiving CHARRED burnt chicken and overcooked rice. Today was just the icing on the cake, DONT come here unless you want to find shards of glass in your food.. Beware of that! Never coming here again! 🙅🏻♀️

When the lady was rolling up my burrito she squeeze all the fixings out of it and said “that’s what happens when you order guac and sour cream” and she re-wrapped it without re-making it so it only has rice and meat basically on it 😓 I didn’t want to cause a scene so I just took it and left .
The worst experience I have ever had at chipotle. I’ve given this location plenty of chances to be great. They are usually busy so I give grace for that and this time it’s after the holidays so I gave grace as well. I paid for guac, didn’t get any.

I like Chipotle but they need to fire the cash register dude with the Edger hair cut, went in for a simple pick up and the nice Hispanic lady told me to go to the front, then I get to the front and I'm m not sure why but this guy throws me the food and I asked him a question and he walks away. Food is good but whoever the hiring manager is needs to get fired along with this guy. No reason to be that unprofessional.

They are racist my son went to 2 interviews and they did not hire him and the fact that he is a skilled cook coming from Buffalo Wild Wings he went to 2 different restaurants for an interview and they both did not hire him but a Hispanic guy came in and he got the job but y’all want everyone to treat you guys fair make it make sense
