Food is not as good as it use to be and it is overpriced but I was craving a quick burrito. Service was good and they did not skimp on portions. Overall this location is one of the better Chipotle locations in Houston.

Door shows that they open at 10:45. Myself and 5 others outside waiting. No common courtesy to step out and mention that they’re running behind. It’s 11:03 and still waiting. Do better guys!

This place just keeps getting worst every time I come in. Chipotle is already extremely over priced for what it is, but to come in and have steak that looks like chicken and all proteins that are charred in the deepest pit of hell plus last time I got a quesadilla blasted for my kids meal that was overcooked into the point it turned into cement. Won’t be back go somewhere else.

Not really sure how you can look at this “quesadilla” and then think it’s ok to pack it up for a kid’s meal. We couldn’t even unwrap it and had to think of something else to get my son. I’m a very understanding person and this is the first time I ever rate something so low. Cmon guys, you can do better!

Go to the location on NW freeway instead. They made an honest mistake and added something to my bowl that I didn’t ask for. Instead of removing it all or offering to fix it they just laughed. I get that it’s not a huge deal but for 11 bucks for something I didn’t ask for, I’d rather just go to another location.

Well, this was my very first time at a Chipotle and I definitely was NOT impressed!!! Not one single employee looked happy about working there and the girl at the actual serving line definitely should NOT be the person in that position! She never once smiled or expressed excitement for a first time customer. The food counter was an absolute mess! She didn’t have enough serving utensils and was cross contaminating all the condiments like the sour cream, guacamole, pico, corn and salsa. And all of these food choices were ALL OVER the serving counter. I wanted a burrito and it seemed anything I asked to be put on it cost extra. So for a salad that my friend got, my one burrito and two drinks it cost $34.80! Way, way too much money for this food? Will not be back to this location at all, and most likely not ANY of their locations. I was so excited to try it too, seeing all the commercials! This was absolutely NOTHING like the commercials! The dining atmosphere is STARK to say the least. Not even the patrons looked very happy. Why they would spend their hard earned money on this food was beyond me. For that kind of money I have a great little Mexican restaurant close to home that I can have a really enjoyable sit down meal in a comfortable booth with an ice tea and free chips and out of this world salsa! Grrrrr

SERVING SIZES ARE TERRIBLE. Asked for a double scoop and get charged for a double but they only gave me one scoop. When I asked about it they said it was a “double scoop”
