I've never had old, dried out, or bad tasting food from any Chipotle. And of course this location was fresh and tasty also. Chicken burrito bowl- white rice, pinto beans, queso, shredded cheese, and Medium Hot Salsa. So yummy

Let me start by saying that I go to chipotle around town religiously for lunch at work, and this is the worst one I’ve ever been to.My wife ordered the salad (lettuce was brown), with chicken (stringy), mixed veggies (so overcooked/old that they were brown and black), with black beans (the biggest spoonful and pooled juice at the bottom of her bowl), plus other things.I ordered a chicken burrito (same black veggies and stringy chicken) with guac (which was all at the very bottom of the burrito by itself). Not to mention that the burrito exploded while I was eating it because it wasn’t fully wrapped.I’m not one to write reviews after meals, but am writing this because FORTUNATELY this is the chipotle right next to our house, and we hope that someone sees this and is able to make a change. We love chipotle, and this was an absolute let down.SOS

Clearly not fresh, employees looked unhappy, lack of customer service skills, food quality was legitimately poor. Employee sprayed cleaning product literally next to my food while dining in. Very disappointing and will not return.

Read the reviews before going in and honestly they scared me. The experience was nothing like the reviews however. Portions were great, no scrawny cuts of meat, nice and quick service from the employees. The only flaw was that I haven’t eaten chipotle in years and the red sauce was notably 10x spicier.
