I love the flavor, the salsas, the plant-based options, you can make very delicious flavorful burritos, bowls and tacos here. However, my main issue is that the cost of animal flesh is not as it should be. Considering how much suffering animals foods come with, and also destroying the Earth and our health, it should not be in the menu (meat and cheese), or at least to cost way more than the plant-based options.

In the last week I have been to this location twice and the same young lady messed up my order once again. The first time queso cheese was added instead of shredded cheese. This time around I was charged extra for chicken and I only noticed when I compared my receipt from the other day. I thought I wasn’t speaking loud enough until I saw a lady in front of me having the same issue this evening. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION IN THE EVENING TIME.

I come to Houston regularly for Dr appointment. Had stayed away from this chipotle because the staff is rude, this restaurant is always messy/dirty. This time I didn't wanna go to far so thought I'd stop by out of the covinience. Benefits of the doubt. Both meals we got were cold, staff was still rude and place was still messy. Won't be stopping here again.

Wanted to get my usual burrito white rice steak black beans cheese and sour cream. Took for ever to get acknowledged but I understand it looked like a busy lunch had just happened. But when I asked for steak the lady turned around and asked for more steak the guy cooking said “im not going to give you anything.” She turned around tried to give me the old, dry, leftover steak so I told her I’d just get the carne asada instead. I’ll just go to the Meyerland location from now on. They are a lot friendlier there also.

From the comments I am opting out of visiting this location. I gave 3 stars because either you giving extremely bad service, no food or cold nasty food or bugs in the food. Also it's too much apologizing and not enough correcting of the issuses. I went 2 years back on these comments and the problems are consistent. Well how can I leave review you might ask? These are scary reviews when all you want is a good burrito and queso & chips. I am familiar with the location but never eaten here.

The woman at the register was extremely rude. Ive worked in the food service industry for years so i at least have a vague understanding of how to treat customers. I got up to the register to pay, and she said nothing to me. I asked after about 30 seconds of her putting in my order for “two bags of chips please” to which she said nothing. She then mumbled as if she couldnt care less to ask me if i want a drink to which I replied no thank you. She finished the order and started bagging my food extremely slowly. It was comical how intentionally slow she was moving. She then barely handed me the bag without looking at me (which out of everything wasnt that odd). I grabbed the food, said, “thank you!” To which she said nothing. And to try and give her an opportunity to be polite I said “have a nice rest of your night!” To which… you guessed it, no response. Train your employees better. Or at least reprimand or fire the ones who clearly lack the ability to be polite.

I will never go back to this location! The staff was extremely rude and barely put anything in the bowls! Remyiel was very rude when checking me out! If you don’t want to be there then quit!!! The owner needs to step in … seriously!!!

I cannot recommend this location due to the consistently poor customer service.

Unfriendly Staff: The employees are not welcoming and seem to have a negative attitude.

Lack of Urgency: The service is extremely slow.

Rude Individuals: A female employee and a male employee named Eric were particularly rude during my visit.

Save yourself the trouble and visit the Meyerland location instead.

Crazy thing is , I NEVER leave reviews . But this was a must… whoever Shay is .. not sure if that’s how you spell it … anyways her attitude was NASTY. She was rolling her eyes and arguing with me about the type of salsa I asked for . I was being so composed and trying to be nice , but her whole demeanor was awful . I then asked her name and she says “idk” . I asked for a manager to finish my order and she says “idc nobody gonna fire me” she then proceeded to take out her phone and start going off on the phone saying “she’s mad cuz she don’t know what sauce she wants “ and whatever else she said . It literally wasn’t that deep . Regardless , her customer service was terrible and she most def shouldn’t be working a customer service job . Luckily the manager Renzo stepped in , (which is how I got her name ) and was super apologetic and nice. So I def appreciated that. Either way , I’m SURE she’ll get fired soon. If it’s not because of this situation , it’ll be from another. So not too worried about that .

What a terrible experience my wife had! She went there to eat, and the staff’s attitude was horrible and rude. Honestly, she’ll never set foot in that place again. I would like add this.
If you’re looking for friendly and respectful customer service, this is not the place. Don’t waste your money here just to be treated poorly by an employee who might be having a bad day.

Please don’t eat here! I saw a baby cockroach crawling near the paper bowl section where orders are prepared. If there’s a baby, there are definitely bigger ones in the restaurant. You don’t want to risk finding one in your food. Avoid this location! I wish I had taken a picture but I left immediately from disgust.
