Place is not open on time, doors closed at 10:50. When they finally decided to let me in, nothing was ready and I am still waiting for them to get ready to serve food.

This chipotle so shady with the meat even with the increased prices. They give you a small amount so they can charge you for extra meat smh Will never come back here unless they change the portion to atleast normal

i order a bowl for pick up to eat during my lunch break. tell me why the employee who made me bowl added TWO LADDLES OF HOT SAUCE!!!! i couldn’t even enjoy my bowl. it was outrageously spicy. i kept stirring it to get rid of the spice, but it wouldn’t go away. i’ve never experienced this before and i’ve been eating chipotle for 15 years. waste of my money, my lunch break, now im hungry. literally ruined my day.

Double check your receipt after purchase. Got a salad with steak and was charged for a double protein when I looked at my receipt after sitting down.

Container had a giant (S) indicating it was just a salad. Had to go back to the cashier and she gave me an attitude "are you sure you didn't get two scoops??" I took the lid off and showed her proof and obviously it was a single scoop and she just rolled her eyes at me and said "ok sir, just insert your card and i'll process the refund"

Haven't had chipotle after e coli outbreak but after this experience i'll pass this location for sure. The only pros is that this location is very tidy given the foot traffic.

Today at The Chipotle inside of the Houston Galleria Mall, I purchased a bowl to go. I asked for white rice and I was give the last of it that was in the corner, instead of getting fresh rice. That rice didn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl. Black beans and an excessive amount of bean juice was out on top of that. She then scooped chicken and shook 1/2 of that off and slid it to the next person. I ended up asked him for another scoop, he then did another scoop and shake. Then guy in front of me looked at me and he shook his head bc they were literally rationing out the portions. This is ridiculous. Chipotle needs to do better! We should have to pay for extra just to get full portion. So inconsistent. Also the guy in front of me found a roach in his cup after getting juice. All they did was give him a new cup. No one came to change the juice.

A Mexican fast food restaurant inside the gallery that stands out for its low-calorie food if you try to eat decently and not the usual American sandwiches.
In short, I chose it because to eat discreetly while spending little in this shopping center it is the best.
Rice, chicken, cherry tomatoes, side dish for $9.10 plus tax.
I didn't like their chips: they are never served cold!
Reheating them would make them better.

Parking: Before 12 easy

Kid-friendliness: Chips for them.

I have no qualms with Chipotle as a whole, this one specific location I wanted to give some constructive feedback. We were there at 10:30am and I understand the store was closed. My 4 year old daughter and 8 year old son were very thirsty and wanted some water and some napkins. The door to the store was open and when I opened it the staff said "No we're closed" I stated that I'd simply like to get some water for my kids and napkins to which they lady in the front responded "no we are closed" at which point I walked out. Not the best utilization of customer service. I wasn't ordering food, the water comes from a fountain and as anyone with kids would tell you, some water and napkins go a long way for peace with parents. Hopefully someone with authority will read this and educate the staff up front. Otherwise my experience with Chipotle as a whole has been very pleasant.
