I would like to raise a concern about my recent experience. When I mentioned that the food quality was not good, the staff responded in a rude tone, saying, “What do you want?” No apologies or alternatives were offered. I was given plain white rice and then told to leave. I believe this situation could have been handled more professionally!!

What happened to this Chipotle?? The portions are tiny now. I paid full price and got like three bites of chicken and barely any rice. It’s honestly ridiculous — feels like they’re trying to save money by shorting customers. I’m not paying $12 for a half-empty bowl again.

I ordered the vegan sofritas burrito bowl, and it was really good! The tofu sofritas had great flavor — slightly spicy, savory, and perfectly cooked. Everything tasted fresh, and the portions were generous. The staff was friendly and quick even during a busy time. Definitely one of the better Chipotle experiences I’ve had in Houston.

Picked up my order and walked back to my office and boom no corn. This is the second time I request corn in my burrito bowl order and it was left off again. Once is fine but twice. The corn is the one add on I need in my bowl. Dissappointing.

I went for a child's meal for my grandaughter who was skating. The lady told me to wait since they had a power outage with an attitude. Ok I just got here didn't know that. But why the attitude. The food was warm. Paid and left. There's many other restuarants here and I made a bad choice. Went for food different place for the rest of the girls.

My family goes to Chipotle all the time and we chose to go to this location because it was close yesterday. But I would have rather just waited and went to the one I know is good. When we walked in all of the tables were dirty with food caked on them. Stuff was smeared all over the door windows going to the bathroom so it didn't really feel like a clean place. The person making the food was giving the smallest portions possible and she was very rude, it was ridiculous. They rushed everything. I had to order a quesadilla on the app to get it for my child. So we sat and waited for the quesadilla meal after ordering a burrito, a bowl, 3 bags of chips, 4 milks and waters in line. All of the food was cold and the quesadilla cheese wasn't even melted. I will not be going back here for sure. Chipotle usually is good and has a better atmosphere but this location was very disappointing.

I went to Chipotle to order a bowl, and everything started off fine until they began serving ridiculously small portions. It felt like every scoop was coming out of their own paycheck. The staff were also just standing around, staring at customers instead of being helpful. This kind of service is unacceptable. Employees should be trained to serve fair portions without making customers feel uncomfortable. Do better, Chipotle.

I came in to get a bowl, and a female named Kimberly had a nasty attitude towards me after asking for extra chicken, you could also very much tell a cashier there named Melanie was very new at her job….no training….i then asked for a manager and they said she wasn’t available, the manager Patricia was very lazy and did nothing but stand behind the counter and mug everyone in line, do better.

Place is not open on time, doors closed at 10:50. When they finally decided to let me in, nothing was ready and I am still waiting for them to get ready to serve food.
