Ordered a bowl through the app opened it at work and they only out 3 pieces of chicken really disappointed.. when i oucke it up they had no customers inside so it wasn’t a mistake or they were in a rush which i would understand..

They have tables in front of their store but they don’t let you sit if they have only 30 mins left to close out the store. Why are you selling food close to close out time and not letting people sit. I’m sure headquarters are not aware of this. They just want to sell food till 6:00PM but doesn’t want to wait people eat them at their tables. Poor management and store manager. I asked it to 2 employees and got same answer. I cannot put chairs back and eat at their tables at 5:30 pm when they have 30 mins to close.

You can’t go wrong with Chipotle. I usually order a bowl, I had the chicken Al Pastor. It was so plentiful, fresh, tasty and kept eating more and more. The chicken was spicy, peppery and had a special zing to it. The staff was very very quick with the orders. I did not expect so high quality and quantity of food in a mall. I would definitely recommend this branch of Chipotle!

I got really bad food poisoning from here. I didn’t finish my bowl because it tasted weird but shortly after eating some I got nauseous and started throwing up for abt 7 hours . After going to the hospital they just said I had food poisoning and since it was my fist meal of the day I knew it was the chipotle. We all know food poisoning symptoms but I’ve never felt this bad or weak in my life .

Every time I eat at this location my stomach dies. Food must not be kept properly and I am not the only one who has gotten sick out of my coworkers
I ordered a grain bowl .. when I got to work and opened it .. it was something totally different from what I ordered. Stirred the food up to taste it and roach came out the bowl. Never again!!

Food here seems to vary. I've had quite a few bowls where certain bites of food is super crunchy, almost painful when you bite into it (believe its the rice) . I've been to Chipotle's all across the US and never had this. Service is always prompt and nice, they did try to charge me like $14 for a veggie bowl + queso once and had to explain that mine was a veggie not chicken. I would not really recommend unless you need a quick lunch and hey the veggie with quac is still under $10 as of January 2023.

The orders are ready pretty quickly. And the staff looks like they work hard. Non stop moving when I'm there door dashing. Keep up the hard work guys.

I usually enjoy Chipotle but I will never order from this location again. I got a veggie bowl that was very small... The bottom of the bowl was not even fully covered. I got about 3 tablespoons of rice and the same for beans. I finished it quickly and was and was still hungry. I also had to sit at a dirty table.

They skimp on delivery orders (overall portion size and amount of meat.) they also try to overserve you with rice and beans and give you half scoops of meat to save money. I think the company is going broke and/or trying to save money. If you're gonna skimp on everything, lower your menu prices. Or stop paying your employees $15/hr, this is a f*cling fast food job not Wall Street (as evidenced by your incompetent/skimp employees.) and to all managers, stop telling your employees to skimp on overall portion sizes and meat portions. Do better.
