I used to order from this store all the time, but sadly, I won’t be doing that anymore. I was really disappointed with this order — the crepe had barely any chocolate, and the presentation was a mess. It’s unfortunate to see the quality drop so much.
Best desert spot in Houston!
No WiFi here for customers to use
I waited for my turn, and when it was my turn, a customer came in asking directly, and the worker ignored me and went to the customer who entered after me, I got out frustrated from the serve
Chocolat Zeina on Westheimer is a dessert lover's paradise. They offer a variety of indulgent treats, including their signature Dubai chocolate, which is rich and flavorful. The kanafeh crepes and chocolate waffles are also popular choices, combining traditional Middle Eastern flavors with modern twists. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it a great spot for a casual hangout. While some customers have mentioned that the service can be a bit slow during peak hours, the quality of the desserts makes it worth the wait.
The place is nice and clean but the food itself I don’t think is worth it. My friend and I got the Dubai strawberries and the chocolate was like a cheap syrup taste, and the Katafiti didn’t really have any crunch. I’m not sure if it was cause they chopped the Katafiti up so much and put so much chocolate that you couldn’t get the crunch. Also, we got the affogato coffee and not only was it put in a to go cup (without asking if we were taking it to go) but it didn’t taste well at all. I feel like while it is an aesthetically pleasing place, it’s not worth the money.
I would love to be able to tell you about the actual food but we stood in front of the chocolate case and was ignored for so long that it became uncomfortable. A staff member walked by us multiple times and ignored us. A family came in after us and was immediately helped. I also noticed some of the chocolates had a white hue meaning it was old. Not sure how they stay in business ignoring customers.
My dessert was truly delicious, but it's not worth $21 (after tips + tax). The fancy leather chairs and ambiance compelled me to leave a tip, but there was ZERO customer service. You pick up your food. Food is served on thin cardboard paper with plastic utensils. You don't get water. You discard your own food. The end.
Nice but expensive.
Delicious treats... Too many to try in once visit. I will certainly be back!

Getting a bit pricey while servings are getting smaller but good experience overall
Excellent! Very rich!!!!
We tried the Arabic chocolate with pistachio. Highly recommend it.
Was looking for something specific and they had it!! The place was so clean and smelled so good! The items displayed were so elegant looking!!!! 10 out of 10 recommend!
I bought strawberries with chocolate in a cup and it only came with 1/4 of a cup of pistacho crème and 1 teaspoon of Knafeh. The knafeh was stale too! That means didn’t had no crunch! Very disappointed paid almost $20 for it to have none of the crunch. Not worth it! But hey the chocolate was good so I give them one Star.
