It’s nice that there is a restaurant specializing in Chongqing Chicken pot here. We ordered the chicken pot and it’s more than enough for 2 of us. And we started it as a dry pot, after had much chicken, it can be converted into a hotpot with soup. Then enjoy the other dishes in it. Portion was pretty big, better come with more people.
Such a fun experience having a regular chicken dish that is then turned into hotpot! I want to give a special thanks to our server, Etana. She had been super sweet and helpful the entire time. We already want to come back again!
Good hotpot restaurant. A new style where they first serve the disk (chicken/beef/frog or combination pot), then the broth is poured into the pot for your to dip the hotpot dishes.
