My niece's birthday party was here and she absolutely loved it. The food was really good, she enjoyed all the games, and got to meet Chuck E Cheese!
Good is expensive unless you have coupons. Some workers are rude. All games give 0-5 amount of tickets to win and prizes start at 50 for single piece candies.
You have to take your kids to this place. They would enjoy every minute. This summer they had a great promotion. My son loved it.

Let me say that I was IMPRESSED immediately! As soon as we walked in we were greeted with Karl’s enthusiastic big welcome! Karl made us feel welcome right away he seemed so happy and excited to receive us. He was very patient with us and took the time to explain everything with detail.
Now days it is difficult to receive good customer service. Karl exceeded in excellence!
I was impressed with how clean everything was as well. Considering the area that it is located at and the amount of people that were there. Tables and chairs were clean, restrooms were clean, the games were clean! It is difficult to find a Chuck E. Cheese that doesn’t have certain things sticky or random trash at places.
Definitely will be coming back.

My grandkids had the 2 month summer pass. My oldest grandson had been saving his tickets all summer to buy a specific prize. He misplaced his card just as he accumulated the 10,000 tickets needed for the prize. Today my grandson told Carl his dilemma and Carl spent 15 minutes and successfully found the account with the tickets. We’ve had a fun filled summer at Chuck E Cheese and a new Sonic game to show for all the hours spent there during the 2 month pass. Thanks for giving us a clean, safe and fun filled place to spend our time together this summer.
Kid-friendliness: The games were well maintained, the play area clean, the check in process made me feel comfortable about letting my grandkids play and the staff friendly and helpful.
We have been coming to Chuck E. Cheese all summer with the summer pass and have always had a great experience. After working all summer to get 8k tickets, our team play card got misplaced. We spent a week looking. Karl the manager went above and beyond looking through all our previous records to try to find the card with the tickets that was lost. It was a manual process, but he was able to find it! Elated kids. Karl has taken great care of us all summer but this was definitely above and beyond.
