If joy had a zip code, it would definitely be the Chuck E. Cheese on Westheimer. 🎉 I joined a kids’ birthday party there and honestly, the whole experience felt like stepping straight into a carnival run by an overly talented mouse in a sparkly vest.
Our host deserves a gold medal (or at least unlimited game tokens) — they kept everything running smoother than the Skee-Ball lane. The schedule flowed perfectly, every kid got their moment to shine, and somehow, pizza slices appeared right on cue before the first “I’m hungry!” was uttered.
The games were all working and full of flashing lights and victory jingles — a rare and glorious thing in any arcade kingdom. Chuck E. himself was the ultimate showman; big energy, bigger personality, and a few dance moves that I’m still trying to replicate.
All in all, a surprisingly great experience — fun, organized, and delightfully chaotic in the best possible way. Bonus points for pizza that didn’t disappoint and a mouse that can *really* work a crowd! 🐭✨

This place is horrible. Most of the drinks don’t work. The employees are not friendly. If you work at a kid friendly environment you think they’d be nicer and more welcoming. We spent $100 and weren’t able to get prizes. We were standing by the prize station 10 minutes before closing while employees just walked by us cleaning up behind. Not one person asked if we needed attention. Only for someone 1 minute passed 9 to say “oh the manager isn’t going to help you” so I spent $100 here and my kids can’t get any prizes? Please make it make sense. How unfair is that.

My two daughters (8&4) had a great time at their first visit at Chuck E Cheese. It's kind of pricey but you actually get a lot for your money. It wasn't too crowded and it was very clean. The pizza was surprisingly good. Stephanie, the employee working, was wonderful. She basically made all of this happen for us. She is very patient and kind with the kids and great at multitasking. We will be back soon!

This locations is very spacious and has a very good variety of games! I like the more hands-on type games like ring toss, jug ball throw, skee ball, basketball, etc. They have an area for toddler rides which is good for the younger kids. Most of the games were working well. Huge parking lot.

My family went there yesterday, when you walk in everything seems fine, but then you see children without socks in the bounce house. No supervision, the workers are no where to be found. Kids that are too big to bounce, small babies that can get hurt. If all children are allowed to play, then why am i paying the fee for the bands and socks? Also my concern is that the time i went before that an adult walked out with a child, the alarm sounded and again the workers were not there. I have no idea what happened to that child.

After going to Chuck E Cheese 20+ yrs (children&grandchildren) This was by far my best experience. Atmosphere, staff, great! Food, Chuck E Cheese food.
We had a blast celebrating my great-nephew's 6th birthday here! We were there from 6-10 pm and got the #5 combo package along with a 500-coin package.
The food was absolutely great, but it took longer than we expected to come out. When it was ready, I had to make three separate trips to carry everything to our table since no staff members were available to help. It would have been a huge help to have a team member assist me, especially with so many kids excited to play.
Despite that one hiccup, we all had a fantastic time and made some great memories.

Good food, fun, and safe for kids. Highly recommend the Gold Fun Pass. Includes 250 credits, 50%off food, and %50 off fun zone! Definitely worth it we shut it down and had fun til closing. Employees are nice and make sure the children are safe. Even had a chance to dance with Chuckee Cheese. 👍

Always have a great time here for my kiddos...pizza always hot and delicious...plenty of room with out overcrowding...Chuck actually comes out and plays with the kids...Clean restrooms and the whole place is very clean...The workers are young and you'd expect adolescent behavior from them but nope they all are very professional and accommodating... STEPHANIE is THE BEST!! PARTIES FOR BIRTHDAYS WILL RUN PERFECT HERE ... GAMES ALWAYS WORKING AND THE NEW KIDS PLAYLAND IS SO PERFECT... I'D DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION COMPARED TO OTHERS!!!
