Always have birthday parties for my kids here. The one day I didn’t book it for my 2 year old as it was last minute and I was working late- (went online to try to book it the night before at around 11pm or midnight so I missed the mark) I wasn’t able to complete the booking. It was a small party—just my kids, immediate family and their kids. One manager was very accommodating, EJ- helped me with creating a package that was similar to the birthday packages I missed by selling me a Gold membership. I ended up saving money. He told me since it was a Wednesday, I could sit at any table because they only had one reservation as long as it was not on that table. When we got here, Daniel the other manager on duty basically said that was out the window because he was the manager on shift. So basically, although all tables were empty we had to sit at the tall table which was not accommodating to my mother in law who just had hip surgery- I told him that but his response was “he was the birthday reservation manager”, so although I’m spending over $400- still, Daniel doesn’t think I’m good enough for an empty table no one reserved on a Wednesday night 7pm-9pm slot. I Feel stupid wasting my money here on his shift and hopefully never will at this location after this.

Pricey and the toys seem to get cheaper every year. Too many lights and mindless games. Would love a no-tickets arcade section with some classic games.

There were kids taking off to the front door. They no longer stamp hands, and kids were hovering around the exit. Parents should pay attention, but what happened to the security to stop kidnapping?

This is one of the better CECs in town. They have a wide variety of games that are usually all working and if notified the staff is very good about going and fixing any broken ones. The one game that seems to be broken a lot though is Drop It Drop It. The food is ok and no problems ordering at all. It always comes out fast and is fresh. The staff is friendly and helpful whether at the front counter, prize counter, needing machine help, maintenance for the bathroom, etc. We have not hosted a party here but the lady that works them always seems to be on top of everything and looks a lot more organized and engaged then other locations.

Clean and friendly service but after paying $16.49 for the wings and receiving the wings below was very disappointing. I went to ask for a remake and was only offered the additional buffalo sauce.
