My kids had a blast. However, when leaving, the employee at the door didn't even check to make sure they were with the correct person. The just let my kids walk right out the exit gate and didn't even look to see if they were with an adult. That is absolutely not okay.

Always have birthday parties for my kids here. The one day I didn’t book it for my 2 year old as it was last minute and I was working late- (went online to try to book it the night before at around 11pm or midnight so I missed the mark) I wasn’t able to complete the booking. It was a small party—just my kids, immediate family and their kids. One manager was very accommodating, EJ- helped me with creating a package that was similar to the birthday packages I missed by selling me a Gold membership. I ended up saving money. He told me since it was a Wednesday, I could sit at any table because they only had one reservation as long as it was not on that table. When we got here, Daniel the other manager on duty basically said that was out the window because he was the manager on shift. So basically, although all tables were empty we had to sit at the tall table which was not accommodating to my mother in law who just had hip surgery- I told him that but his response was “he was the birthday reservation manager”, so although I’m spending over $400- still, Daniel doesn’t think I’m good enough for an empty table no one reserved on a Wednesday night 7pm-9pm slot. I Feel stupid wasting my money here on his shift and hopefully never will at this location after this.
