There was no one at the door at the kid check and my young grandson ran out of the door, this is unacceptable. This was at 8:34pm 1/18/25.

So the staff was mediocre. A bit snappy. The prices were ridiculous! I mean insane 😳 The salad is okay, but the pizza is skimpy and a bit on the greasy side. Chucke e cheese isn't the same. I miss the old atmosphere and prices. Also usually someone is there when I walk out with my kids so I feel safe. The staff was talking by the counter and we walked right out with 7 kids.

Cashier was literally eating pizza while serving me my food plates. Seems like management was fine with it. Also the employee there named Harper needs an attitude adjustment or another job she was impatient with my toddler while she was picking her toys. Stuff doesn’t seem to care at all about guests or environment morale
