I was visiting Texas and wanted to take my son and family out for some fun. This is the first time my granddaughters went and it was absolutely perfect. The crew working was fabulous, the food was CEC delicious. We had so much fun!
Yes, Only for a school event I Don't! we go for a school Found R. and was 730. pm when I go with my two 10 years old grandkids and 3 years old. when they telling us Is No More Food. All parents was mad ,Me Too. my beby grandson was so hungry. I Can't Believe If They Know will Be Busy, Why They Don't was Prepared. I buy a Salad and I need to wait 10 minutes to They put the lettuce.
Chuck E. Cheese was very disappointing from a grown up perspective. They have a long way to go in the Customer Service, Employee and Manager Training and getting the details right areas. COMMUNICATION and TRAINING are VERY UNSATISFACTORY!
