2 min after 10pm , they didn’t let our kids turn in their tickets to get a prize. We came in spent our money and our kids walked out crying because they wouldn’t let them get their prizes. That’s ridiculous and poor customer service!!!!

The manager on shift here tonight made me never want to step foot in CEC again. She laughed at the fact my son was non verbal and autistic, then had the nerve to say autistic ppl are stupid, relating to an old co worker of hers. I told her nicely that AUTISTIC does not mean dumb and should not define anyone (adult or kid). She continued to laugh, even after I just told her about a similar situation with another unnamed manager at this location. Inly way she stopped is when I threaten to contact her DM and Corporate. She then said leave, throwing her hands and talking extremely loud. My son left in tears again like the last manager did. I have video footage and will make sure this reach the top of corporate desk Monday morning. I will like to say even with all of this, Dionis and Jaime (staff members) were very nice and he even apologized for the situation. He will be a great manager one day. Thank you!

WORST EXPERIENCE for a Birthday Party…. Spent $900 on my daughter party here and basically got no service…. This was absolutely ridiculous! Lots of waiting around, party host wasn’t available when I needed her I had to wait for her to finish helping other people. Had to wait in line constantly while the employees kept being in their phones. Had to wait in line to order food and not to mention the food for the party came out very SLOW!!! Had to wait a long time to add kids on the birthday party. Party host “forgot” about the ticket blaster and ice cream that came in the package. They don’t even check the number stamped on you and your kid why even act like you do…Will NEVER return here. Don’t bother wasting your money here. This was the worst birthday ever!
