Tonight which is 3/11/2025 ! My child experienced a very disrespectful experience with WHOMEVER was dress as Chucky tonight. As chucky was out interacting with the kids and give everyone a HIGH FIVE , he repeatedly ignored my child . She even walked up close to him to make sure he saw her and he disrespectfully turned away . It was to a point SEVERAL people saw the altercation.
I proceeded to address it with the manager , and she was VERY UNINTERESTED . She kept trying to talk over me & was disrespectful . She does NOT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL .
I WILL NOT BE RETURNING

This is a smaller CEC. Plus the staff were not manning the kids check gate or stamping anyone to make sure adults didn't leave with kids that aren't theirs.

Eveything was good, kids had a blast but the lady on front desk was very rude. I paid her for some food and she left without giving me recepit or the food. I asked help from another lady and she slammed the cash drawer. It was very rude. We pay for everything so be respectful.
Paula the manager is very disrespectful and unprofessional I’m not sure if she is just stressed because she is pregnant but yelling at little children is insane. Especially when you work in an environment filled with children. I came into the establishment to get a pizza to go and waited for 45 minutes to an hour when I raised my concerns to Paula she was very dismissive. She came back out not even a minute later with our pizza and basically threw it at us. As paying customers I don’t think that was right AT ALL. She needs to go on leave or she needs to be fired her attitude once again is very unprofessional and distasteful. Do not come here if you want your children to get yelled at and pizza thrown at you.
I went because my children wanted to go to that place. But I wasted my money and my children's time. The food was terrible, I placed my order and it lasted more than 35 minutes and not to mention that there were people because that was alone. My order was for some Wings with Barbecue sauce and they brought me some high spicy ones and the Famous Pizza that was cold and hard. And the answer they gave me was that the device rang twice and never made a sound. In short, don't even invite me for free, I'll go back to that. EVERYTHING BAD.

Chuck E. Cheese where a kid can be a kid
Anyways salad bar salad looked very old veggie wasnt fresh at all . The girl really didnt know anything. I waited over 20 mins for them to change it. By then I just wanted my money back she said in order to give my money they had to refund the whole order and I had to pay again. Then I have to wait a week to get my 75 dollars back. She wanted to do it for a 3rd time I'm like no. She seem like her mind was somewhere else. My pizza was cold I spent over 70 dollars and I'm not satisfied with the service how I got handled over some 11 dollar salad. Most of the games didn't work?

Using the Summer pass and having an almost empty (11:00 on a Tues after school start) location was very nice but add on the pretty good pizza at half price and you have a grandparent's dream. The grandson loved it too

We have gone to this location a lot with the summer fun pass as close to our house. This location isn’t great but also isn’t bad either. The food is good, tables are clean, and bathrooms are clean. The two areas it suffers are 1) having adequate staff at the front to let people in and order food/play 2) having several broken machines each time we go in. Earlier this week there were 10 broke in one evening. Concerning the staff at the front, there have been multiple times it has taken us 10+ min just to get to a cashier and one time we were behind the kid check that long. Even one of the customers at the table next to it commented how we had been there a long time and to just walk in. Some of those times you just see staff walking around other parts of building when they need to move them to different tasks to help with the front or prize counter which also suffers with speed but luckily, we do not use that each visit.
The one person that always does a great job with the front area is Emely though. If she is there working, we have a minimum wait and she always does our order or game play points on the various player cards as we request correctly. She actually remembers us each time too and already has our gold pass on the register waiting for our QR code scan. I hope her manager reads this and gives her a raise as she is a great employee and hard worker.
