The kids loved the arcade games, rides, and of course, meeting Chuck E. himself. The pizza was fresh and cheesy, and the food service was surprisingly quick. It’s also a convenient spot for birthday parties or a weekend outing with family.
However, we did notice that there were fewer game options specifically for smaller kids, especially compared to how it used to be. Many of the newer games seemed more suited for older children or even teens. A few more toddler-friendly or interactive play options would really make it better for younger age groups.
Still, overall a fun visit — the kids had a blast, and it’s a place we’d return to, especially if they expand the game variety a bit more.

High priced, games malfunctioning, no one was at the ticket redemption counter and didn't apply my purchase to the fundraiser I was attending. I didn't give it 1 star because the pizza was good.

I have been paying a visit to this Chuck E cheese for over 5 years off and on
Every time I go to this Chuck-E-Cheese at the exact same problem and a problem is is with the soft drink fountain the song drink fountain to the right the one with the Cherry Pepsi on it when you put the Drake in your cup to taste it it's always hot not cool not room temp but HOT 🔥
And then on top of that the ice do not work on the right side
I have notify the managers the general managers and I even had called corporate office this situation is still not fixed
This has been going on way too long as a billion-dollar Corporation what are you going to do about it this is totally unacceptable for the customers

Took my daughter today for her birthday it was an awesome time, Jaqueline at the front desk helped me a lot with my order she’s great thank you so much!
Took my grandkids to Chuck E Cheese, they always have a good time when we come. I spent a nice amount of money and ended up purchasing the summer pack so they can come unlimited times. The food was ok no complaints

The customer service was very poor, the staff scammed me out of my money on 04/13/25 I went in to the Chucke Cheese spent $28.00 on a card under the impression to have points added onto the game card I was not there no more then 10 minutes . I returned the following day with the same card with intentions of playing games with my daughter and was advised I would have to pay an additional $28.00 to play the games . This is a complete scam I do not recommend this business to anyone family with children. Choose another event center.

If you want kids to play they have unlimited plays, but it's timed. So if you want to play for 30 minutes that's about $20 . One card only . And one time only to pause the timer . So I suggest eat first then play..if you have 1 or 2 or 3 kids you just need one card . It's unlimited plays just timed. Have all play in those 30 minutes with the one card. There's more options with time and prices . But $20 is the lowest . If you want salad it's separate. It's about $12. The salad taste good without the chicken . Chicken is given in a small small small container for xtra $3 Not worth $3 . It taste bad ! But the salad it's self pretty good .
