The children wanted to play on the trampoline, we read the rules, and they were taken out because the socks they must wear have to be bought there and cost $10dls, which seems ridiculous and excessive for a family with more than one. child...pure business, according to what they do for the safety of the children, and they do not have a warning before entering the trampoline.

Starting off, NONE of the tables were clean. No problem, I’ll just have a staff member handle it.I ordered traditional wings and they were cold and soggy. I was turned off and didn’t even want to eat them anymore. I went up to get a refund, and of course because I paid with a debit card I knew it would be a turn around time, so I wasn’t tripping at all. She paused as if she didn’t want to give me my money back. Luckily there was a couple there agreeing that when they received their wings they were also the same as mine. When she told me she had to “cancel” the order, then RECHARGE me for everything minus the wings. After asking her to repeat the process at least 3 more times, I WAS DONE! I’ve paid over $90 & you’re going to RECHARGE that all over AGAIN, just to refund me $20 for wings.. no ma’am! I just asked for store credit because my kids love CEC & I know I’d eventually be back.I don’t think l’ll be back to THIS location!

I’m a manager at a similar facility. I know how customer service should be. I was there last night celebrating my cousin birthday. When redeeming my card for prizes I was being helped by a very rude young man. I understand it was the end of the night and they want to go home. I handed him in his hand my game card and he just tossed it back on the counter. When people give respect you give it back. I just brushed it off. We picked the toys we wanted and every time he spoke he sounded like he didn’t care to be there. He tossed everything on the counter with an attitude. Not very good service. These kind of kids put a bad image on someone’s business. And shouldn’t be working at a family entertainment facility.

Most ghetto Chuck E. Cheese ever. Staff / management are kids from high school. They don’t clean during open hours only when closing. There’s piss all over the floor like if they don’t clean it through out day. This location is nothing compared to the one in Willowbrook. Honestly will never host a party here again. Oh the pizzas I bought were large sizes and come out burnt when I brought it to their attention they just brushed it off.

I'm giving the food a low review because the prices are ridiculous. Today I bought 1 hour of gameplay for two children, 1 large pizza, and 4 small drinks- and paid $95. I would have paid far less almost anywhere else. All I really did was sit and eat while my kids played games, and with just one hour of gameplay, they weren't able to get much from the prize counter except some tiny candies. I'm kind of used to the prices being high here, but they were looking for something to do, and I wanted to come here for the nostalgia. But this will most likely be our last time unless we are invited to a birthday party in the future. Overall, I love you atmosphere and the service, but the prices really do need to come down!!
