Got here at 11:30 am doors locked i placed a online order they charged the card and said it was being prepared verified the address and everything it’s 11:50 now I’m sitting in the drive through and nothing has yet to happen sign says they open at 10:30 am,it’s actually kinda sad,I was scrolling through the reviews and man do I regret ordering here

please close this location! Everything about it is terrible! They are rude, they never have white meat and now they're saying they only have five legs and no fries. How the hell can Church's Chicken allow a restaurant to run like this?

I really don't Want give a star but I have too they never have spicy line always long and they always close earlier then they suppose to I got there at 9:31 and they have already cleaned up and put everything up horrible they need a better manager

Who else thinks drive-thru is supposed to be faster than parking and going inside??? I was in drive-thru for 30 plus minutes! I was in front of the drive- thru window for 20 minutes before I blew my horn for an update on my order. Should they not give me an update on what’s taking so long? Customer service stinks!!!

First of all I arrived at 11:07 am in the drive thru to purchase a meal.. I sat there for 1 minute asking are y'all open( mind you lights are on and you can smell chicken frying) and no one answered. So i went to park my car and go in and the doors were locked.. Thinking maybe its still early and maybe I needed to wait.. I checked the time for the store to be open and it stated 10:30am to 10pm. After I saw that I saw someone in there and he just ignored me. So I got back in my car and 2 other cars pulled up in the drive thru.. No one answered them either and they pulled off. Now I understand if you have no staff but to ingnore patrons and not explain what's the issue is simply unprofessional.

I order chicken finger fries and a drink. Wen I open my box I couldn't believe the size of the chicken fingers. My finger was bigger and I have small fingers. I returned it and got my seven dollars back. Will not return

The chicken did not have any flavor. It taste like they dipped it in flour and fried it. I had to wait for a biscuit and I saw her take them out of the oven but when I got back to work and opened the box the biscuit was burnt and hard. Worst experience ever
Im knly giving it 1 start because i cant give it zero.Always out of something major. Only reason i go there is because its the closest to my residence. I guess i rather travel farther to KFC or Popeyes to get better service

Service here is crazy horrible. Not only are there times where they legit run out of chicken the staff is can be rude. Why bother to state you're open if you're not going to serve people? Why ask if I want spicy or mild if neither is read? Why have items on the menu for sides then not have them available? This place is pretty much the example of what not to do when you have a franchise.I had a good experience a year ago and legit stayed with them based on that but never again

Horrible establishment. Ordered food a hour before closing. Once again all they had was legs and thighs because they stop cooking more chicken at 8pm. They left out my biscuits after I told her, she argued with me about it. Then I said fine let me just buy more biscuits. She told me they were out of dough. Like what??? Chicken was dry and tough. Will be traveling to another location next time. Will not go there again

So I went to this location to get some chicken for my family and they gave me some biscuits hard as a rock!!!! I can’t believe they’re doing this! I will never return to this place.Smfh you can see the picture I’m hitting the biscuit with a hammer and it won’t break.
