I went to this Church's on July 31st 2025, I was eating my food with my family, until a man came inside and asked for the restroom.one of the ladies that work there said that the men's restroom didn't work and that he had to walk across the street to the gas station. It caught my attention because there are men workers there every day and you're telling me that they can't use the restroom 🚺 and that they have to walk across the street. These workers have no respect for black people. They look at us like we're crazy. But all we're doing is speaking the truth. I will not be coming to this churches ever again. In the video you see that the lady is looking at us like we're crazy. The manager is absolutely disrespectful. The food is amazing but the service is horrible. The lady in the video that was talking mess was the one on the left the one on the right is also disrespectful.

The service was non existent, nothing but young kids. They don't smile or greet you, the don't even acknowledge you are at the window ready to order. They are always looking down. The food, was cooked in dirty oil. The chicken bread was dark and taste was not what Church's represents. The best part of fried chicken is the crust and I had to peel it off in order to eat the 10 pc , I bought. I was too far to go back and complain, I called but no one answered the phone.

To be honest, I went in for just a two piece dark. Just chicken. However, I DID want a biscuit and a pepper, but did not ask for it. So I just ordered the two pieces of chicken. When I got to the drive thru window, the young lady told me my order price, which was less than $5.00. I paid her and she gave me my food. When I opened my box, I saw that I had a 3 piece with a BISCUIT AND A PEPPER!!! I was elated and very happy!!!!! I mean, I REALLY was not expecting that type of small but significant blessing to be done unto me. But I'm thankful for it. I prayed for that young lady cause she gave me something I only THOUGHT of yet it was manifested. That doesn't happen to often.

Waited a long time for some one to take my order then when someone took the order I had to keep repeating my order back to her waited for ever for my order people who came in after me with big orders was getting their orders before me so I got the same ladies that took my order showed my receipt and said is this order ready took my receipt and made the order using my receipt then I asked her where was my large coke which was on the receipt because it was four dollars by itself what she the receipt I don't know then some other lady in the back at the register in Marcos pizza uniform telling her to check the cameras instead giving me what I paid for finally got what I ordered went to sit down and eat and the order was wrong I was already worked up so I went ahead and ate it swear they had about 10 people in there working with all them staff members there how can you mess up then to top it off another customer was complaining about an out order restroom sign being on the door snatch the false sign off the door that same lady who took my order went out there asking where is sign I wish she would have paid more attention to getting my order right than some one taking down a false sign

The food was good but the service was bad.. the Manager and a couple of employees where talking in spanish bad about the customer calling her stupid because she wanted her order, she was waiting for her food for more than 40 minutes.. the lady asking for her food was in her right for some reason they didn't have her order ready.. and the manager was very disrespectful to the customer

Basic Customer service not, quickly to be xombative and rude as if service gets lost in translarion. Mean while this facility is need of commercial cleaning and sanitation, along with fresh paint interior and exterior. The only chicken location in the immediate community unfortunately
