On March 17, 2023 at 11:27 pm before paying I tried to add large jalapeño bombers to my order. The young "girl" serving my food not charging me told the young man at the window to tell me to get back and get in line if I wanted anything additional because there was other customers they needed to help (so I what was I?) I asked for her name and of course she refused (black girl with red tip braids). Now I understand while they all went out of business and I will no longer go to this establishment. You lose a good customer over a horrible employee.

Horrible Horrible Horrible, the chicken was overly breaded and had no flavor at all. What I remember about good Church’s chicken is the brine and juicy salty meat. I honestly believe the owner here buys chicken from their grocer and fries it. This AINT Church’s chicken it’s that bad. It is just as hard as it looks. Go to the Crosstimbers location

I ordered the 12 piece, two sides and 6 biscuits family meal, but added an extra large side and two biscuits. They gave me my order but they scammed me, they ripped me off. Very unacceptable because if I would of done that to them they would of called the cops on me. The Cole slaw was served inside a small container put inside a large container to make it look like a large side. SMDH!! They could of said something or offered me something else!
