Drive-thru svc is slow. They didn’t give me all the condiments I requested. I didn’t have time to go back and ask for them.

We nearly tore our car up with all the potholes in the parking lot. Ordered original chicken wraps and they wrapped them like they had not a care in the world lol. We opened the wrapper and they looked all worn out, poor chicken wraps. My kids demolished the lemon cheesecake pies so they must have been good and I ordered jalapeño poppers which were ok. We don’t expect a fancy dinner when we come here. Just a quick pick me up meal when we don’t feel like cooking at home.

I did a mobile order. Ordered a sandwich with mashed potatoes. I didn't get my mashed potatoes, and the chicken sandwich is paper thin. Paid $8.97 plus tax for nothing.

I waited 20 minutes for my chicken to be cooked fresh. Because all they had was spicy and I can not eat spicy. But after waiting for my order. They gave me spicy chicken anyways. I also ordered tenders and of course not only were they cold as hell they were spicy too. Might as well went and took whatever they had and not waited.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I ate and within 30 minutes, I was throwing up, I've had church's a lot over the years and this is by far the absolute worst I've ever had, I beg you not to go here to protect your own health

I felt so played after my experience here. They welcomed us with big smiles and Nelda had offered us free drinks if we left a good survey( I wish she would of mentioned how long the survey was) I do think they need a second kiosk in the front for efficiency because our food came out fast but we were still doing the survey for the drinks and when we finally got the code to give her.. we were waiting in line once again, in the beginning when we first initially ordered our food, a worker, genesis restarted the whole kiosk no warning and we waited again.. Our food got cold.. now, there was a homeless lady inside & she was talking to a worker there i guess asking the same thing she came over and asked us, when we told her we weren’t letting her use our phone to “call the cops cuz a spider bit her and owed her money” she flipped out completely, yelling at us all the way out the door. The once smiling welcoming employees all of a sudden went deaf & even laughed at the incident but no one stepped in.. this lady was yelling in the front of the church’s and nooobody called the cops, checked in on us… nothing.. they just talked to the other customers and laughed..we weren’t checked on or anything they just watched and didn’t step in at all. We weren’t even greeted out when we left. Nelda just wanted a good survey & that’s about as far as her “great service” went. Definitely felt hustled. So if you see a survey by Rebecca, Yaya and Gabriela. We withdraw everything we said. I’m glad i don’t ever have to see any of them ever again.

This place is charging $12.97 for a 2pc dark meal saying they are not Churches chicken yet the sign cups and boxes says otherwise
Church's 2pc is $2.99 they adding $10 to the deal. I use to go there all.the time I see why they be empty they price gouging ???

I love church’s but I had a mobile order and I live about 20 minutes away from this location and I went to pick up my order and half way home I checked the bag and I was missing my half gallon of tea and upon getting there I looked to make sure everything is there because if there missing one thing what else and I was also missing my jalepeños. Not cool. If you guys did an item count yall wouldn’t have this problem. We also asked to get something on the side for the 2 inconveniences and were told no. I don’t recommend this location as there are places that have better service and don’t miss any items. They also do not have honey for there biscuits…my order was 28$ so I don’t think I should’ve gone through that.
