I came through drive thru and picked up dinner. Only to get home and chicken is over cooked. I called no answer until 230 this afternoon. Manager didn't even hear me out. I tried to explain only for her to say thank you and hung up. She didn't offer me anything or apologize. These are hard times and I work hard to give money away for overcooked chicken. Luckily I can give 1 star

Horrible service. I ordered online, an 8 piece spicy bucket and a few sides. I was missing some sides: so I went to let them know. The manager in a blue shirt took the receipt out of my hand and didn’t even say sorry, nothing. Jsut told the workers to make some fries. I was Also missing a drink which she gave me. Then, I asked for sauce and she said it doesn’t come with it, it’s extra. I pointed to the menu where the spicy comes with the new spicy sauce. She just walked away and told someone else to get it for me. VERY RUDE FOR NO REASON! Only the manager was the problem everyone else was nice. She should be fired for being rude when she was at fault for messing up the order. Not once did I say anything rude or complain!
