They be hiring the slowest people there nowadays. Always causing a long line and wasting the customer’s time because they can’t remember what they ordered. If I could I’d give zero stars.

Our favorite place for fried chicken! Drive thru is a little tight if you go in from the side instead of the front but its doable.

Yeah don’t come here, this location sucks. I don’t ever really write reviews but this had me baffled. Twice i’ve went, first time they didn’t make my order and tried to make it seem like it was MY fault. Showed them proof of the order address and number and still tried to deny it until some guy found the ticket buried under a bunch of other receipts. Went again today to give it another chance and the chicken was raw and other parts old. Bread was hard and old also. I called to let them know and the lady that picked up, her words “That’s not possible, why are you just now eating it if you picked up 20 mins ago” like… HUH? She was so rude and ridiculous. Guys its not worth it.

I went though the drive through at 3:32 on a Monday ordered 2 meals of 2 pieces white (chicken breast) However what we received was not what we asked for it was a sorry undercooked dried up one small piece and 1 bone I only took picture of one because my husband was upset and just gave his to the dog. When we called the lead on shift (Genesis) said there's nothing we can do and hung up we called again and she said bring it, my husban told her we were 25 minutes away from there and she processed to say there's nothing we can do and hung up the 2nd time. If I could rate this location a 0 star i would have and the costumer service is trash as well
