The worst service ever!!! We ordered chicken and was told 13 minutes for the spicy and over 20 for non spicy. It’s the only thing they sell I don’t understand…. Won’t be back here again… oh and all the people suck!!! Bought a bunch of jalapeño bombers and they would not give NO dipping sauces for them and had to pay .25 for how many I wanted. They suck!!!

Absolutely horrible. Spent 20-30 min in line only to get to this when we got home. Called the manager to complain & she stated there was nothing they could do. The least they could do is offer to remake my food. The chicken was thin & hard smh.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Picked up the 3pc datk with a biscuit, 2 peppers, and jalapeño bombers. The chicken was old and I do mean old. So old it was inedible. Inside was dark dried out. Biscuit was hard as a baseball. The only decent part were the bombers and peppers. Never again. This location has me not wanting to visit a Church's at all!!!

Ok, I’m a little suspicious of this particular Church’s Chicken franchise location. Even though, my food a piece of chicken was fresh and hot. However, despite the other past terrible reviews about their food that I just read about this location. Going forward, let me just say, I have not experienced any problems with any of the other Church’s Chicken franchise locations that I have visited on a regular basis and this is my last time at this particular location. Due to the fact, there was a hand written note posted through their drive thru that states in large print, We Have the Right to Deny Service to Anyone. Ok, so now I’m thinking allegedly for what reasons and why??? Alright, last time I understood my rights and checked the laws in the State of Texas, as well as the United States in this 21st Century, there shall be no discrimination of any type in any public business that’s regulated by the Government and has a License. Furthermore, the Texas Attorney General and Better Business offices needs to be contacted and have this Franchise business reported and investigated for any type of misconduct, discrimination and racism of any Civil Rights violation. Also, I was told very rudely through the Church’s Chicken drive thru by an employee, this young man that said they do not honor and accept those surveys at this location and nor do they a have a way to enter the code on their machine for the Church's chicken listens survey website that offers a free piece of chicken with that code number from their website on your next visit. Now I see, as well, that they have misleading advertisement with their business receipts on the back that is given out to public asking you to fill out their survey, after making a purchase and doing business with their establishment. Something is strange and just not quite right about this particular Church’s Chicken franchise location. Smh???🤔
I love Church's. I don't care how long your day has been... or how slow business is. It is unfair to serve old chicken. Especially, if that is what you are known for.

Churches food is not the way it used to be. It made. My stomach hurt very bad the next morning. Their employees are very rude. The service is horrible. They laugh and play instead of taking care of their customers.
