Went to the drive through. Surprisingly best drive through experience ever and the food was great. Excellent chicken sandwich with fried okra. Amazing experience. Bravo!

I order online, to avoid waiting on the drive thru, when I get there the doors were closed. I was no about to get in drive thru line it was not even moving and it was really long. I called and advised that the app said to go in for our food but doors are closed whoever answered said they close lobby at 9, so I told her the app literally said to pick up my food at 9:06 and she hanged up. I called and again and it rang for a long time, when finally someone answered she said the same thing but more rude, I asked for her name and she Claudia the I asked for the other girl name and said Yazmin so then I asked for her manager name and said I don’t know it. I asked her you don’t your manager name so I asked to cancel the order and return me my money and she said she couldn’t. She said I have go the the drive is busy, but didn’t hang up and I started hearing them 2 girls talking about me and heard a guy asking what happened and first girl that hanged up said es que querÃa entrar ahuevo. They kept on talking about it till I hanged up. Zero stars honestly

I ordered my food today from this location because it’s right down the street from me , and I had a horrible experience today , not only did they forget my whole order when I told them about the woman had an attitude and I couldn’t even finish what was all missing, keep in mind I’m still at the window, there were 5 things missing or not correct. I told them politely and it was like they were mad at me for telling them my food wasn’t correct, from my chicken tenders, fries sauces i added and purchase to my drink , i didn’t feel comfortable Telling them what else was missing, just because i felt like they would do something to my food . This was disappointing for me , I’m pretty sure this review probably won’t matter, but I needed to vent.

We get the bucket leg and thigh i don't like the biscuit desserts that doesn't taste well other than that i love churches. It is great.
Food is usually great but there's always some issue with running out of something or the drive through box is broken or, more often than not, the workers are standing around talking and playing to where the service is snails pace slow.
