If you like Churches Chicken... it's Churches Chicken. This location is connected to a Shell gas station so it's a lot of traffic and difficult to park. They have a drive thru but the box is often broken and the wait is at least 10 to 15 minutes. What's going on with politeness at these places? You don't get a hello, thank you or anything from the workers.

I hate that place I came at 2pm they supposed to be open employee said the manager was hung over that she still was not there and he ain’t know how to work register not professional at all for it being a churches but they want to loose money on them I know I will never go there

I like the food but there was no macaroni. They didn’t have napkins, working restrooms and the place was dirty. Plus poor customer service. They also had a sign outside that stated “Sorry drive thru only short on Staff.”

Sat in the drive thru for 20 mins waiting for my order.Tried to go inside to get my order but the doors were locked and restaurant was empty .Went through the drive thru again and the cashier was eating his dinner at the window...

They were supposed to open at 10:30 AM. It’s 10:53 am. I waited 10 minutes in the back by the order screen and drove around to the window and waited Another 15 minutes. I seen the lady pass and looked at me three times and not come to the window take my order , to let me know if they were going to open up, if they were closed or whatever the case may be. The. I realize there was no chicken ready. it’s just poor customer service and a waste of my time.

What the hell ,I was at the drive thru speaker for 8 minutes before someone even acknowledged me ,then It Sounded as if they were a block away....the owners need to fix the speaker ,fix drive thru waiting time ,Popeyes is literally across the street there.
