I pulled up to the drive through and they asked if I wanted a combo I said no thank you and asked how much a ten piece was and they refused to respond I waited for 5-10 mins saying hello every now and then but they refused to come back. Wasted time and all for nothing.

The food is really good but i don’t know why everytime i come to this location the workers are very rude and give attitude.. I asked for a cup of water and they gave me a really small cup with no lid as if it wasn’t going to spill in my car when I started driving.. I came back and asked for a cup of water with a lid and she charged me for a sauce packet. 50 cents isn’t nothing but it’s just the principle. Get new workers or teach them to do better

Went to grab a quick bite don’t know to much about Houston. The food was fresh and I was out in minutes the young lady even told me to have a wonderful day and come back.

I want to say that I had a terrible experience with the manager, she treated me in a bad way and told me that I had to wait 20 minutes for my order that if I wanted to wait for her to do it and if not I should leave but in a bad way and in the same way I was serving the other customers poorly on my part, I will never go to that store again.

The drive-thru speaker is very low and you can barely hear them inside. The spice chicken is great. Especially the tenders. They are friendly at this location and this is the better of the two locations in this area. Would give this location for stars if not for the speaker.
