Although the lady working the drive-thru was very nice, the food was very bland made me sick with food poisoning. I usually don’t eat Churches. Regret I did!

I was excited about getting some good, fresh and well seasoned chicken from church's. To my dismay, this was the blandest chicken I've ever eaten. EVER. The chicken wasn't seasoned, and I was missing a jalapeño from my meal. I did the survey on the receipt, hoping that someone would've contacted me by now. Sadly, I haven't heard from anyone.

They never offer the actual specials that are advertised
Stopped in to use a coupon I found on their website for 2 can dine for $10.99. When I tried to order they asked if I printed out the coupon & I said no but I showed them the coupon from my phone that clearly has the code they need. They did not want to accept it. This is the nearest Church's in the area & I wasted time & gas to make it there just to be turned away.

Drive - thru girl today was very polite & chicken was fresh, hot & moist…honey butter biscuit soft and fresh…mash potato still good old fashioned. Soda was not flat. Has been a long time since I had Church’s and today was a great experience.

I am very disappointed.I have tried to buy Churches chicken on 2 or 3 different occasions and only one time I got fresh chicken.I spend over 10.00 + every time and yet the food I pay for is hard and dry.I started to come back and bring the food back but it’s just too far from where I live.But after today I won’t be stopping by anymore,because It’s taking a chance on my money trying to get a decent meal..Way to go Churches Chicken Jones Rd??????
