I went to this churches yesterday to get chicken fried steak the customer service was nice but I ended up getting food poisoning from them please do not go to this location they are not clean at all they serve old food
Ordered a three piece meal, bombers, and an extra biscuit. I was charged for the biscuit but when I got home the extra biscuit was not in the box. I tried calling but no one answered.

Avoid this location. They will mess up your order and argue with you about it when you ask them. I found a discrepancy on my receipt showing I had ordered a 10 pc when I ordered 8. When I got my order, I had 8 pcs while the receipt showed I had ordered 10. Since this was the drive thru, I decided to come in to ask them about it, but when I reached the storefront, one employee was already starting to close up and lock the door even though it was still far from closing time. I thought this was strange and asked to come in, but then I was immediately greeted by an angry manager who started yelling at me. She kept arguing the order was right, that she knows she's right, and insisted I ordered this when I ordered something else. I am a very passive person and I don't like to argue, I prefer to talk things through, but this manager refused to listen to anything I said. Since there was no reasoning with her, I simply thanked her and decided to leave. I will just take this to corporate instead.

I ordered 3pc tenders, only received 2pcs, and they were old and cold. This was not the first time I had issues with my order. I'm not sure if I'll visit this location again
I will never come to this location ever again. Margarita L the manager at this location sold me raw chicken and my kids started to eat some before i could catch it I came back to the store to get a refund ,For the entire order she was upset she had to do a refund and said she will remake i said i dont want any food here and i need my money i dont want any of the food at all i need my money asap. She said i need to learn some respect and got on here phone like she was calling someone to come to the store to harm me . The other person /cashier had to give me my money back while the manager is calling someone to come to the store it really wasnt that serious but nobody need to get hurt over bad chicken margarita L. I hope management do something with you . You are not management material. Have a good day.

Not the Church's of yesteryear chicken were extra greasy ,had that yellow fat growth on the dark meat, and biscuits have shrunk . Drive thru gets the attention, dine-in is just there ,second fiddle. Other locations have the same problem, I'm done .Louisiana Chicken was great when they first started ,got bought out, and now isn't worth eating there again. I am very disappointed. Both were good in their day, along with others on the decline, or have already become distinct.

I love their jalapeño bombers ?and since I do not have a Church's near me, I had to stop to get them. I must say I was impressed with their fish sandwich it was delicious ? ? I wanted to try something new, and i was happy ? Great service....just too many people inside and drive thru, but all good ?
