Really really bad I buy the package special 12 PCs and mash potatoes I pay 25 dollars and change and when I get home and open the box the was only 7 PCs and I take pictures and I call back to this place no body answer the phone more 10 times the don't care about the costumers really really bad

My batch of chicken was overcooked. The drive thru guy seemed to improvise my order. When I asked for 8 spicy/ 20 regular. Ended up with more spicy in the regular batch.C'mon staff at least be honest about the mix up or ask me to wait for a resh batch of chicken

I went shopping a few minutes ago and I received terrible attention from a lady who is the oldest there that day, she was very annoying and seemed like she didn't feel like working, all bitter, I don't know why they have people like that working there , they make the service terrible.

These people here are the reason why people think fastfood workers deserve no more than minimum wage. I asked for spicy and got Lukewarm at best old tasting chicken. When I was pulling up from the back two workers had rear door ajar while they blissfully puffed at their cigarettes. Walked straight in without washing hands and went straight to work. Definitely asking the health department to investigate these people.

Have a recent tradition of eating fried chicken for Christmas (Eve) and came here. First time in a while to have Church's; last time was not so great but it was very good here today. Got tenders with mac and cheese as side and extra side of fried okra. Chicken was very good and liked okra with not too much breading. Service was fast and friendly. Maybe Church's in Texas has special quality? Want to come to Church's again.
The worst experience of my life .. the manager Ms. Maggie has zero customer service. I drove 19 miles from 2920. I usually come in the morning with no problem. I ordered the 8 piece mixed but since no one in our household eat thighs. I asked to sub my 2 thighs for 2 legs. The cashier Margarita was nice and sweet she asked Maggie could I do it I was told it would be a 2 dollar up charge. I pleaded with Maggie that I'm paying 26.00 for only basically 6 pieces of chicken since no one will eat the thighs. She refused, then I get my food and it was old and cold .. I should have just went to Hertz but I won't make this drive again .
