The dude who took my order was so rude for absolutely no reason. I guess he just wants attention, hoping that he would make it to a Google review. Guess it worked š¤£š¤£š¤£ I would have handled it directly with management, but couldnāt get anyone to answer the phone when I called. Then I came back through the Drive-thru to ask for honey, āhe instantly said WEāRE OUT OF HONEYā I donāt believe him not one little bit !!! But God knows.
Oh and they scrimped on my 2 piece order, giving us a drumstick, literally the size of a drumette!!! Smh, really bad experience here !!!

I don't know what it is but the last year or so I keep getting sick throwing up when I eat from this location. So I stopped going here. I have noticed the grease left over in the Box from my food being cooked does have a dark color to it like they don't change the oil enough or have not changed it in a long time.

Literally just left from here about 10 mins ago. I ordered a spicy wrap (dry). I confirmed with the lady in drive-thru TWICE before receiving my food. My order was wrong 3 TIMES. The manger with the red shirt, I didnāt get her name, but she tossed my money at me bc SHE messed up on my order & I asked for a refund. The disrespect was unappreciated & I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION!

Very poor customer service not one employee speaks English and apparently they can't count either I ordered a 12 piece and the only gave me 9 I was very upset because I was buying enough for my family for dinner and to be short was very disappointing
Ordered 2 spicy wraps. Store was out and informed me try again tomorrow. I did. First attempt ordered 2 spicy wraps and received 2 original. Brought it back, manager says that is spicy, i said no its not so she snatched it out my hand and aggressively threw it in the garbage. She asked to cooked to remake the wraps. I very aware that there are no spicy strips on the rack to complete my order. The cook proceeded to make the same mistake and made two mild wraps. I was livid at this point. I explained spicy wraps need spicy bc strips, the cook proceeded to lie and say its not the strip but a sauce that makes it spicy!? āSir that is incorrect and you need to be trained properly.ā The other worker seen how frustrated and took my issue into her own hands and took great care of me. I even tipped her. The manager was so rude, would give me a name or anything and spoke very nasty about me in Spanish.

The food is always good and the young man that works there did very respectful and helpful. Now on the other hand the older Hispanic women needs to be fired. Sheās rude and she walks around like she owns the place and i know she definitely doesnāt. She talks to customers like weāre stupid and Iām Hispanic so Iām not being racist, but my wife is white and sheās been rude to her twice so now she wonāt even step foot in the restaurant without me. Management has to read the reviews and apparently it seems to be the biggest problem in the restaurant. If it wasnāt for the good chicken I would never go back because of the rude lady, luckily sheās hadnāt talked to me stupid because I will put her in her place on the spot.
